The floor routing was quick with no mess, the pipes were installed tested and grooves filled with latex a whole area with two loops and about 150m of pipe were completed in about 6 hrs in total
Work was efficient and preceded by clear guidance on preparation which was helpful. Crew who came were good though not very talkative.

Great knowledge and experience
We moved in our new place a few months ago and has no idea how the underfloor heating system worked.
I contacted JK and was greeted by a very friendly helpful employee.
She managed to find our installation records (7 years back) within no time and organised the engineer to pop round.
Graham visited our property and explained how the whole system worked and gave us advice on how to get the best out of the system.
His knowledge and experience was outstanding and we were so grateful for his time and patience. Don't get that very often these days!

Dan (JK Wales) met me on site to discuss the project. He was very helpful, with the project scope agreed, the placing of the order was straight forward.The install work was swift within the pre-existing slab within my Victorian Home. The resulting dust was bagged and left for me to dispose of. For the first time since moving in over 5 yrs ago. I have warm rooms & I have enjoyed this underfloor heating experience!

Professional and efficient
The team were professional and efficient. They installed the underfloor heating in just two days, cutting into concrete. The pipes were very neatly laid out and the manifold fitted well. They were quick to return and resolve a minor issue we spotted after they'd left on the second day. I highly recommend JK floorheating. We haven't been through winter yet, but we have commissioned the system and it is working well. The commissioning process was so straight forward we didn't use any of the technical support that was available to us. The admin team were super patient with us too, as we had to reschedule several times due to delays in our building work!

I would like to start by saying what an amazing experience I had from beginning to end.
From the initial call and contact with Stuart in the office who I threw many questions and calls at, who did his best to answer my questions and advise.
To the guys who arrived to complete the install, James and Josh were amazing and very helpful and I felt totally at ease.
The finished job is fantastic and I’m looking forward to having a nice cosy floor to walk on.

When I employ a contractor I expect…
When I employ a contractor I expect them to arrive on time, listen to my needs, have the expertise to meet my requirements, and carry out the work in a professional manner, cleaning and tying up all lose ends. My expectations are usually too high, but Dean did not disappoint. I'm very satisfied. I hope the plumber coming to fit the boiler and get the system running is as good.

Excellent service from first contact…
Excellent service from first contact right through to installation.
Sales team responded promptly to my questions before I placed the order.
Good communication and coordination with other contractors involved in my kitchen refurb.
Installation team were efficient )they completed a 55m2 installation in just 6 hours) and pleasant to work with.
The product seems great and so much easier to install than alternative systems.
We had a problem with loss of pressure the night after installation - they came back within 6 hours of reporting the issue to fix it and hence avoided any delay in the kitchen refurb project.
Unquestionably, they have provided 5 star service so far.
Hope that system will now function for as long as warrantied.

After some good communication prior to arrival, the guys turned up on time, carried out a professional service and was finished within the expected time scale.

We had Guido as our fitter. Such a lovley hard working Guy.
Cut all the channels in the floor fitted hoses, Flex sealed them in.
Pressure tested on the manifolds.
and then tidied up after them selves.

This is a good review
This is a good review, I would use them again, however my install didn't go according to plan.
Customer service, product knowledge, quote, timing, instructions, and prep for day .... all excellent. Installation however went wrong. Why? My base floor is quarry tiles. These became a challenge for the install teams that turned up.
Day1: Team1 & Team2
Day2: Team2 only
Day3: Team3 only
Unfortunately team2 didn't have the skillset for this particular job. For this team the quarry tiles proved too difficult, they ran into multiple problems, made little progress, and consequently were removed from the job.
Team3 arrived, thoroughly skilled and experienced, they buckled down completing the job that included fixing the issues left by team2.
The product is fabulous. We have tested it a number of times and the heat transfer up through our floor tiles is wonderful and will make a huge difference to what was our cold kitchen in the winter.
In summary:
Team1: Excellent
Team3: Beyond Excellent.
Solution: Very pleased.
Installation: In this case, far from perfect.
However, I would recommend.

Although regrettable to see some of your comments, your review is very fair and we actually appreciate the 3 stars that you have provided. You could have easily given us a 1 star review given the experience during the works.
Having been a part of Team 3 with my colleague Steven, I felt it was necessary to find out what was happening on your installation as it should have been relatively straightforward, so for it to not be completed within the timescale we provided was worrying.
I personally apologise for the issues that you experienced, but would like to thank you for persisting with us and your patience in allowing us to complete the installation.
A report of the issues found was submitted to the branch management team who we removed from the job and investigation carried out to ensure that this situation did not repeat itself going forward.
It is great however to hear that the system is working to your satisfaction and its appreciated that you provide this within your comments.
Great to hear at the end of it all that you have a nice warm kitchen and the fact that you would recommend us despite the originally issues, is very welcomed.
