Their doctors don’t give you enough information about the medication - almost got hospitalized because they switched me from Medication A to Medication B with the same dose. Turns out you need to titrate up slowly again, they didn’t even mention the risk. And after stopping their service, no matter how many times I hit the damn unsubscribe button or ask them to remove me from their email list, I will still get emails from them.

This program has been so wonderful and successful. For an introvert, the ability to do almost everything virtually is amazing. The nurse practitioners and doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and answer questions thorough. The support is really tailored so that if you want extra support it's there but you don't feel overwhelmed with people breathing down your neck. This program has honestly changed my life.

My only complaint is response time! Each account has a medical inbox but the fact that they are not
Monitored seems a little silly so that is a little disappointing and the email response time is very slow

Using Jill Health is so easy. The online pharmacy takes care of everything, I just need to answer a few questionnaires each month and my prescription gets sent right to my door. I've been using them for almost two years. Very convenient and good prices.

This company is truly a scam. I was simply inquiring about Latisse eyelash serum, put through all my info, but ultimately decided not to go through with it because it was too expensive. Received an email back in March from a “virtual care coordinator” that I was missing info and to click the link to proceed giving all my details. So it’s very clear from that email that they have my correct email on file and very clear that I did not move forward ordering anything from them, because they didn’t even have all my info! Well it’s almost May now, I checked my credit card and see I have a charge from them in March for $210. I contacted them to ask what this charge is, and they tell me they need to jump on a call with me because they have a typo in my email on file versus the email I was messaging them from (it was in fact the exact same email) and they need to talk to me to verify my details. I’m sorry what? If there was a typo in my email, I would have never received that email back in March. I even sent them a screen shot of that email. They refused to tell me over messages what the charge was for, for “security reasons”. Funny because they can prescribe things over messages without a phone call, but can’t tell me what a charge is for. Then I was told I’d be transferred to their supervisor and that just never happened. Needless to say, if they can’t tell me what they changed me for, it’s a scam and I reported it with my credit card company.

I have been dealing with Jill's health for months, I find them compassionate, they listen to all my questions and always let me know my bloodwork is fine. I find them and the pharmacy on top of everything. I cannot say anything bad about them they have always been great to me.

They send you the 200$ every 3 months automatically and they don't refund. Really not clear in their policies.

I have been a customer of Jill Health for weight loss twice. My first experience, starting in February 2023, was positive overall, though the process of getting onto GLP-1 medications was a bit slow. I appreciated having a 40-minute conversation with a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to address my questions, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. Unfortunately, I chose to discontinue in December 2023 due to supply shortages, which were beyond Jill Health’s control.

When I returned to Jill Health in September 2024 to restart GLP-1s, I noticed a significant change in their process. The signup was less personalized and felt impersonal—a blood test and a quick chat-based questionnaire, with no immediate option to connect over the phone with an NP. I had to push persistently to get my questions answered by an NP over the phone - I did not want to use the chat I wanted to connect with a human. While the conversation itself was fine, the overall experience felt much less supportive than before.
What ultimately led me to leave Jill Health as a customer was their pricing model and mandatory use of their pharmacy.

For example, Jill Health charged $495 for 4 vials of 5mg Mounjaro and $545 for 4 vials of 7.5mg. These prices are considerably higher than those offered by other pharmacies. Here’s a comparison:

I’ve since switched to another provider recommended by a friend. My experience with them has been exceptional—lower fees, better support, and the flexibility to obtain medication either directly from them or from my local pharmacy.
While Jill Health has some positive aspects, the shift in their approach and pricing made it hard to justify staying with them.

AVOID at all costs. Attempted to sign up for their weight loss program. They kept changing consultation call, then "lost" bloodwork, then asked for 60$ monthly subscription in order to talk to them about moving forward. I didn't even get the results or know if I qualified. Avoid this SCAM of a company
