Jhoots pharmacy at Courthouse Medical Center Caerphilly CF83 3GH absolutely hopeless, no stock of essential medicine every single month and will not order things in for you like other chemists will. Should not be next to the medical center. Staff are friendly enough but pointless wasting your time.

I have been a customer of Jhoots for 20 years or more and can only say that I have nothing but praise for the service and attitude of the staff! The shop that I use is in Milking Bank,Lower Gornal and I have never had anything but first rate and cheerful service. Thank you all for being so helpful and efficient!!!

Disgusting Pharmacy, I used the one in Bromsgrove and of late they never have a pharmacist in, the staff are fabulous but the owner’s are diabolical to treat customers and staff this way, talk about lions being led by donkeys.

Awful- queued for ages. Prescription not ready- came back, queued for another 30 minutes- wrong prescription! Still waiting for it be dispensed correctly- 3 hrs of my life I won’t get back! Absolutely useless and incompetent.

Today 22nd May, Torpoint pharmacy closed , closed yesterday, closed tomorrow, all weekend and Monday. I feel for the staff, they get messed around with pay and no pharmacist therefore having to close. Whoever it is that owns this chain needs to sell up to a decent pharmacy and take up a different job, they have royally messed with everyone, their staff and patients. Should be ashamed of themselves, but people like this they don't give a toss.

A very poor level of service for my 12 year old daughter - The pharmacist confirmed symptoms as a result of an ear ache including redness, and pain but then informed me there was nothing she could prescribe to relieve the pain or swelling. We then went to another pharmacy for a second opinion where the pharmacist looked very confused and told us “ they should have given her something to relieve the symptoms so that it doesn’t get worse”

I’ve had several bad experiences at this Jhoots pharmacy and now don’t trust any of them - I’ve experienced a clear lack of medical awareness and rude abrupt staff - avoid

The Swindon Moredon branch is terrible. Limited stock, often cannot complete prescriptions, and very rude and unpleasant. We are planning to move to another pharmacy.

The pharmacist arrived on Saturday morning and had a dispute with my husband if my husband had given her as much aggressive verbal as she gave him, he would’ve been escorted from the premises in the police for abusing NHS workers etc wind your neck in love

Total shambles, would give 0 stars if possible, all the usual Jhoots problems, closed, no pharmacist, when there is one they "don't have the meds" even when they were put aside the day before. AVOID at all costs!!!!!!

Prescription was authorised on 5th May by Doctor. As yet 15th May Not received. They have been given more than enough time to prepare or to let me know if there is a problem with medication. It is now needed. No
one answers the telephone , left several messages but no one calla you back. Disgraceful practice, will now complain to head office and use another pharmacy.

Rodway road patchway. Always excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. If medication isn’t in they help with emergency requests. Can’t fault them

This pharmacy is absolutely shocking. I turned up on a Friday to collect three days worth of medication only to be in fortune pharmacist wasn't there, to my utter bemusement the same things happens again today (Tuesday) poor unfriendly staff, and just an absolute shambles in general. Don't bother going it's absolutely awful.

Both of us are very annoyed with the hoots pharmacy in Littleborough. This is the third time I have gone in and been told that they can’t even dispense a paracetamol because the pharmacist isn’t there! The surgery has submitted my prescription for an inhaler and was told yesterday it wasn’t available and come back tomorrow. I came back as advised and told there was no pharmacist so no inhaler. I am away for ten days from Monday and was told they are not open till next Tuesday. So I’m without replacement inhaler. Surely if the pharmacy is open then the pharmacist should be there ! Worse than not impressed and needs to be closed down as not fit for purpose. I don’t write negative reviews normally

If I could put minus one star for the Hull branch I would, they never answer the phone, reply to messages left on the answering machine, prescriptions never available when required, absolute shambles, I will be taking my business elsewhere!

What an appalling company. No empathy for their patients. In Tiverton, Devon both their Pharmacies have no pharmacists. No prescriptions being filled.
This company needs to learn how to run a business and in my view if they can’t then sell to someone they can.

Shaftesbury, Dorset. If I could give them nothing I would. They are unorganised and unhelpful with anything. I have a 5 month old baby who needed an urgent prescription sorted out at the pharmacy I had gone in and asked if this was something they can sort out which they said they would and order in. I went in again another day to collect the prescription and they didn’t have the medication needed to help my baby. So they just lied. I they said is can I speak with the pharmacist and got a no. And just got given the prescription to take somewhere else with no help at all. I wouldn’t even call them a pharmacy at all they are just a store that has minimal stock of products in. Unfortunately as of recent they have not even had a pharmacist on site so no one’s prescription have even been sorted. Shame as there is only Boots now, but Boots are doing an amazing job with all this extra work put on.
