I want to write a complaint regarding…
I want to write a complaint regarding to get to see my Dr, who is Dr Gupta. I have to either wait 3 weeks for a triage, or 5 weeks face to face. It’s not write, I only want to see her as she knows all my ailments. Any other Dr does not read my notes at triage. I have to explain why I can’t have certain meds, they are giving me, that’s their job not mine. Dr Gupta is very thorough in all she does, and followed up with a call after a week to see how I’m getting on. To see your Dr should be made easier. Also this time I had to book to see her as 2 of my meds were stopped and given another, Dr Gupta had not authorised this, why would this happen without her knowledge, this should be looked into

Friendly pharmacist, quick dispatch! Had an issue with DPD and they did not deliver same day, so I requested treatment from the local pharmacy instead and My Local Surgery were so apologetic and understanding, processing a swift refund and many well wishes for me to get better.

I’ve been waiting for my antibiotics since Monday, June 15, and they still haven’t arrived as of today, Thursday, June 18. It’s absurd to have to wait so long to receive medicine that I need—I’m not taking it just for fun. I’ve tried to get in touch with them, but no one is helping me resolve the issue. I’d just like a refund so I can try to get the medication somewhere that can provide it more efficiently. DPD tells me it’s the pharmacy’s fault, and the pharmacy tells me it’s DPD’s responsibility. It’s absurd that when you’re sick and feeling unwell, you have to go through additional stress just to try to get medication you’ve already paid for.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for letting you down on this occasion.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are genuinely sorry that your experience fell short of the high standards we set for ourselves.
To provide some clarification, your prescription was dispatched on the same day in good faith. Unfortunately, DPD encountered issues with the delivery despite the instructions that had been provided. While the delivery process itself was outside of our direct control, we fully appreciate that this does not change the inconvenience caused to you, and we are very sorry for the impact this had.
When you contacted our Customer Service team on the 18th, we discussed the available options with you, including arranging a replacement and processing a refund. We can confirm that the refund has now been processed. Please allow 1–2 working days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.
Once again, we would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We value your trust in us and are very sorry that we did not provide the experience you deserved on this occasion.

Delivery issues
I felt the interaction with my local pharmacy was very good and consultation was as described and I was happy with the outcome. I paid extra for next day delivery, however, It was when the prescription was dispensed and passed to DPD that it all went wrong as they texted me to advise they had my parcel and then stated there was an issue in my area and then to contact the sender directly as there was an issue. My local pharmacy again acted promptly but by the time they re ordered my medication it eventually arrived a week later. I am immune compromised and need prompt treatment but unfortunately DPD were not as efficient as my local pharmacy.
Maybe consider a different delivery service.

From our review, it appears that the prescription became delayed during transit, and a replacement prescription was subsequently arranged and dispatched via First Class delivery, which arrived the following day.
As your order was not delivered within the expected next-day timeframe, we would be happy to refund the next-day delivery fee. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I work very long night shifts so sleep in the day and not always possible for me to attend the GP surgery, or the wait for an appointment can be long, so this service was perfect for my lifestyle. I got an appointment with only an hourvof booking it, and my antibiotics were delivered to my door by the next more. Extremely quick. I'm very grateful

great service saving a trip to the GP but only negative is they send out the prescription in the post meaning having to wait 24 hours. Ability to collect from local pharmacy would be a positive addition to this service

Antibiotics prescription
I've tried this service for the first time and would recommend it to everyone. Being a busy doctor I often struggle to find time to book a consultation with my GP. This service provides the flexibility busy professionals need and the next day free home delivery is very convenient too. Keep up the good job!

I wish I had done this sooner, I have struggled to get an appointment with local surgery for last 4/5 weeks - looked online yesterday found local prescribing pharmacy booked an appointment for next day, pharmacist friendly prompt listened and supported me with meds required, posting for next day delivery

I have been sat in the ‘waiting room’…
I have been sat in the ‘waiting room’ for a simple treatment twice in half an hour, and both times the ten minutes have run out with no one joining the call. They’ve just rebooked it for ten minutes later, but I’ve wasted time sitting in an empty chat waiting for someone to bother answering. Now I am having to speak to my GP and wait longer for treatment.

Having reviewed the consultations, we can see that your first appointment was scheduled for 9:30, and the pharmacist joined on time. Unfortunately, it appears you left the consultation before it could begin, which resulted in the appointment being marked as missed.
We can also see that you then booked another appointment for 10:30. Although you were able to join the consultation, it seems there may have been some technical difficulties. The pharmacist attempted to contact you through the consultation chat to check whether you were still connected or experiencing any issues, but unfortunately the consultation was disconnected shortly afterwards.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely apologise for the experience. For future reference, if you ever experience any difficulties joining a consultation, please do contact our dedicated CS team at the time.
