Looks like they havve a cross company policy to p*** off thir customers, mine is with the Wellington branch. For the secon time, my subscription was approved by my GP and sent to hoots the same day. They are actually attached to the surgery! Come Friday (let's be generous and give them (THREE DAYS)) still not fulfilled and it contained blood thinning pills for my stroke. They are beyond useless and actually putting lives at risk. Fortunately the surgery is closing so they will also go - thank god!

The pharmacy staff are all lovely people, however, there hasn't been a pharmacist in store for over a week, meaning the staff are not allowed to give out prescriptions, they're not even allowed to sell as much as a toothbrush, these staff are constantly being abused by customers and it's not their fault, Jhoots need to sort out a program that works for the community, this is an appalling business practice.

Appalling… closes whenever they feel like it, “ no pharmacists” “ No supplies” “ can’t get that”. Unreliable to say the least. I queued for 20 mins to be told “ can’t you come back we’re going for lunch soon” ..

Ordered my prescription on 21st July. Issued from doctor on22nd July. Gave Jhoots pharmacy a week and went to collect on 29th July. Told it was not ready but would be done immediately and come back in a couple of days. Went back two days later on 31st July and some items were ready but the most important part (my inhalers) was not there. Said I would run out soon and told to go back on 5th August. Went back on 5th August and still not ready and they could not guarantee when they would get a delivery. They said they would get me a new prescription so I could get the medication elsewhere. Told me to come back tomorrow afternoon Aug 6th for prescription. Went back Aug 6th at 4pm and was told they did not have the prescription yet but should have it by 4.30pm. I was now completely out of my inhaler medication and at risk of asthma attack. Went to doctors surgery to ask for prescription which was sorted out for me. Throughout the whole experience I was fobbed off, given false promises and repeatedly told of how stressed they were and had staffing issues. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again and have changed the pharmacy where I collect my prescription.

I don’t even want to give one start as they don’t deserve it!

Staff are super rude, super unhelpful and all round terrible customer service. The same lady has been rude every time I have had the misfortune of having to speak to her. I can’t believe staff are allowed to act in this way and still have a job - shocking!

Repeats put in well in advance (over a week) and never ready and have to revist several days before prescriptions ares ready.

No prescription drugs for weeks. No pharmacist in the shop. One long serving, competent and pleasant assistant left by herself. Not sure what the link with the NHS is but it should be revoked and Jhoots sent packing.

I would give 0* if an option. I’m still in shock at the attitude of staff at Waitrose Pharmacy Portishead!! My son needs his epilepsy medication daily so has to use the pharmacy ‘ALOT’ it’s part of his life sadly. He went to collect his epilepsy meds Friday, to be told by a member of staff that they’d been unable to order ‘anything’ all week. My son asked if he was joking, to which the guy replied “No seriously mate we’ve been able to order anyone’s this past week, you’ll just have to try west hill and hope for the best” 😡 My son rang me straight away in shock and of course sheer panic as these are lifelong medication. Thankfully our Westhill Pharmacy in Portishead are absolutely amazing!! After the gentleman in there picked his mouth up off the floor after hearing the disgusting attitude of Waitrose Pharmacy Portishead, he got straight onto it, made a phone call and had my sons meds waiting for him first thing the next morning (10am on a Saturday) thank you so very much to that gentleman for sorting my sons potentially life saving meds, to the idiot at Waitrose, putting it simply I actually don’t have any words bad enough to explain what a piece of crap you really are!!!

Given 1 star because can't give 0. Worst pharmacy in Caerphilly. Always getting prescriptions wrong, no delivery sevice, lack of communication. Now had enough of this inadequate pharmacy and gone elsewhere.

Not the best at all. But better than boots in the city centre.i guess one of the staff, Mehool trays to give a good customer service. it's a doubt whether that opportunity is there to do so. I appreciate his service and also young girl's.

What a terrible situation. I truly believe there is some sort of conspiracy. They took over mant pharmacies and failed

My bad I thought jhoots was a pharmacy and could dispense medicine and drugs. Unfortunately after they received my prescription nothing available. The same everywhere they said, and I told them this was not true. Took my prescription to another local chemist they dispensed everything in 6 minutes. Are they for real.

Generally poor service, nothing ever in stock, frequently no pharmacists present on premises, poor customer service interactions, shelves bare. Better to go elsewhere

They took over two chemists in Hednesford and quickly closed one down. The other one has hardly any stock and the fed up looking assistant said they were having supply issues. Also known as can’t pay the bill's. I went to collect a prescription only to be told to go to another chemist.

The staff at the chemist are very good and will help you anyway they can. It's a very busy pharmacy so sometimes you do have to wait a few minutes but they do there best!

Scam company. Don't pay pharmacists so medication can't be given out. Been the case at mine in Gateshead for weeks. I've had to change pharmacy.
Don't use this pharmacy if you do you're supporting a business that doesn't pay staff but also you're unlikely to ever be able to get your medication.
This business needs to be investigated and shut down.

If I could give them a minus figure I would.
Never open on weekends. Close early whenever they want without notice. Open up late in the mornings. Always out of stock and unlike other reputable chemists they can never order in for the next day. They keep changing the brand of meds so the meds look different every month which can get frustrating when you’re on a lot of different medications. Worst chemist ever

Went into local branch Coventry Riley square to purchase pain killers. 2x girls on counter could not serve had to ask pharmacist. Then told it would be £14 for tablets I could get in another pharmacy for £9. DO NOT USE THEY HAVE STAFF WHO HAVE NO EXPERIENCE AND STORES HAVE NO STOCK.

The ones in Swindon are a complete waste of time. Either no pharmacist or can't obtain the medication. A receptionist at GP surgery next door told me to avoid them.
