Unsolicited registration email pretending I joined their website which did not happen. Checking their negative reviews I see that they they were trying to lure me in so stay well clear.

Ordered a Gold Locket, priced at £145. I ordered item and paid an extra £30 for express delivery. Received an email moments later telling me to pay an extra £54 for V.A.T. and import tax in order for my order to be processed. 21 days later I still have no goods or contact. Money has been taken. Please be aware the this is a scam and reviews are very likely fake.

After reading other reviews, I will now be contacting the B.B.C's WATCHDOG show, as this seems more than just a few isolated incidents.

You have a really nice collection of rings

Ordered a necklace on the 5th December, paid the extra £30 for delivery. It's still showing as processing, 17 days later! Was going to be an Xmas gift, now it will not be. Very dissapointed. Will never be ordering from this company ever again. I am noot the only person to have this issue.

I bought the Sea Life earrings for my wife . Red and blue. I really liked the purple ones same design but couldn’t order them because the website kept switching back to the red and blue, I am happy with my purchase but if the purple ones were available I would buy them also.

Have paid the vat invoice and the order but it is still processing nearly a week later. Have messaged and emailed but no answer. I am now in the process of trying to Get my money back.

Ordered a ring, got confirmation and order number paid extra for quick delivery.
Then I never heard anything from the company and nothing has been delivered.

So far my dealings with this company have been absolutely shocking. I ordered a ring around a week ago paid the extra £30 pound to have it delivered in 3-5 days. It’s still saying processing. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact the company no reply as of yet. The ring was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I can’t see that happening now. Don’t advertise quicker deliveries and make customers pay £30 if it can’t be for filled. I hope to hear a reply soon if not I’ll just be processing for it to be refunded.

Have ordered my ring over 2 weeks ago and still in the processing stage.... Was meant to be a Christmas gift but now it looks like thats not going to be the case. Have emailed twice but can tell it's an automated return email. Not much help at all.

ITS NEARLY A WEEK SINCE I REQUESTED REFUND AND STILL NOT A PENNY. THEY USE GOOGLE TRANSLATE TO RESPOND TO EMAILS ALSO. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY AS I DID....

The earrings on line are £58.50 I have been charged £65 plus postage. I am not at all happy I am waiting for company to come back to me.

Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with, the address was wrong on my order but instead of letting me know or double checking, they sent it to the courier and after nearly 3 months of emails and begging for refunds I'm still waiting for my ring with their only response being "wait one more week". I tried disputing the payment with the bank and they have basically said there's nothing I can do. Avoid this vile company
