everything worked well but the price was too high - I had looked at prices before signing up and saw a $150 price for NZ post but when ready to send thatprice was not to be found so had to pay more than double - so wouldnt use again. Also very hard to communicate with your team - only email and slow replies - but parcel did reply just cost me too much

My first experience its not being good... I bought a product from PC Case Gear with the delivery to the Australia warehouse of Jetkrate.
5 days later of delivery confirmation from Australia Pos my package its still not visible on the package Inbox of my account... tried to contact Jetkrate but no answer at all.

I'm sorry about that, because I didn't know the warehouse was closed on the 18th-22nd. but thank you for your response. and I want my package to be sent soon that's what makes me worried. and one more thing I want to ask for help to repackage the package that I haven't paid for. make it into 2 packages
Original : I have combined packages for 2 days and it has not been completed. And my 1 package is still awaiting review since 3 days ago it arrived at the warehouse. But there is no certainty when the combined package will be finished. And there is no certainty when the awaiting review package will be ready for shipping. I asked for a photo because I feel like I lost 1 of my packages here. and there was no response regarding the photo I requested.

It worked really well at a reasonable price and, given the distance, reasonably quickly. Tracking was a bit nerve-wracking because the parcel appeared to go via the USA, back to the plane and then stuck in transit at the same time and date for five days or more. Then suddenly it landed. Handy to have a bit more real time information (if only to say be patient...).

I was unsure about using Jetcrate, but it turned out that their service was exceptional. Fantastic comunication, regular updates at every stage and extremely fast delivery. I wont hesitate to use them again. 5 STARS.

UPDATE: I did successfully receive my package after multiple weeks and several rounds of back-and-forth with Jetkrate, which I am grateful for. However, I feel that their Customer Service has a ways to go. It took me 5 outreaches to get a response from them (which was initially generic and unhelpful), and it wasn't until I wrote a negative TrustPilot review and their reputation was at stake that I got dedicated attention to my issue (note: they still gave much more detail/attention to this TrustPilot review than any answer I received in email). This should not be the case. Further, I was blamed by the company for not properly addressing my package, when I provided proof that I had entered the address exactly as instructed, and it was the vendor that must have written it in error. I recognize that this is not Jetkrate's fault, but neither is it mine. While in the end it worked out, I do not feel as a customer that I should have had to go to such lengths to receive adequate service and attention, especially when I am paying a significant amount for this service. I hope that Jetkrate is able to improve their customer service practices so that the experience can be as valuable as the service they provide.
Original Post: My package was confirmed delivered to the NZ warehouse 6 days ago (signed for by “Mikesh”), yet it STILL has not shown up in my “Package Inbox”. I have reached out twice via email to their support and twice via the “Contact Us” page on their website to inquire about my package, and have only received one response back, which simply asked me to kindly wait 48 hours for my package to appear after delivery (note: it had already been over 48 business hours since my package was marked as delivered, so clearly whoever is running the “support” team is not reading emails very closely. I have also seen in other review responses that they will claim to have not received emails/say that they’ve gone to spam, and I know this is just not true, given that I have received at least one response and all correspondences have been to/from the same address). Given that they are not following any of their stated policies (packages should appear in Package Inbox in 1 business day, emails inquiries will be responded to in 24 hours, etc.), I am left with no choice but to assume that this operation is a scam and that they have stolen my package. Very disappointing!
