Well executed
Fast, convenient, and well executed with a minimum of fuss. The web site could be a little easier to navigate, but worked perfectly, was quick and did everything it was supposed to do, which is something or a rarity on todays e-commerce sites.
The only downside was the postage was more than I was expecting from the advertising. I'm not sure what could be small enough to qualify for the advertised "From" price. A sheet of scented tissue paper perhaps?

First time user
I was nervous about ordering a designer handbag from New Zealand but I really wanted the bag and it was sold out everywhere. I am so pleased that I used Jetkrate to get it to me in Aus! It was quick and straightforward and the bag arrived in perfect condition! I would not hesitate to do this again if needed in the future

The repacking was fantastic and the service itself but had I have know that the cost to ship $40 worth of tea to NZ would cost substantially more than the product itself I probably wouldn't have bothered.

International couriers charge based on the greater of the scale weight or the volumetric weight, which can sometimes make the cost disproportionate to the value of lower-priced goods. Received some of my items within ample time but limited shipping caused unexpected repacks that incur costs. Options to resolve this would prove international reliability and recognition. More so information on limitations so customers consider their options must be available on website.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your frustration regarding the unexpected repacks and delays. Unfortunately, in this case your combined shipment exceeded the maximum dimensions for Australia Post – which is currently the only carrier able to ship to Kiribati. While FedEx would normally accommodate those dimensions, they do not service Kiribati.
At present, our system doesn’t have an automated check to prevent a combine & repack request if the final dimensions will exceed the limits for the only carrier available. We acknowledge this is a limitation and, while it’s challenging to build such a feature, we are actively looking at ways to improve this process and provide clearer information up front.
To help make up for the inconvenience, we shipped one of your consignments free of charge. We hope this gesture reflects our commitment to supporting you despite the challenges in this instance.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope we can provide you with a smoother experience next time.

I am glad to have the service, but expensive
I am glad to have the service; however, the estimator and actual cost was way different and more expensive significantly. It kind of felt like a bait and switch. What you thought was a $40 USD turned into a $100 USD shipping.

Easy way to get packages from AUS to US
I bought a CD from a seller that wasn't comfortable shipping to the US, so I had him ship to Jetkrate instead! Jetkrate did a fantastic job getting it out to me in a timely manner. The prices were fair and the delivery was tracked.

Legit Third Party Shipper
I did get my product and the shipping service was easy to use. There was a shipping issue with the carrier and not Jetkrate which delayed my package (took a month to get) - but I was grateful that I did actually receive it.

One of the most seamless and efficient service I have seen of any provider, not just in the specific area, but any kind.
From the time they received the product, I had it in my hand in less than 48 hours. Everything including custom clearance was taken care of them so well.
