Jetkrate is GREAT!!
I have used Jetkrate a number of times now and have found them to be extremely quick and very reliable. Would highly recommend them for any purchases made in New Zealand to ultimately forward onto Australia.

Helping Aussies shop online in NZ
Recently, on discovering it would not be possible to purchase a hard to find Gorman item in New Zealand from my home in Australia, I looked at finding a personal shopping service in NZ that would provide that service. Jetkrate was the one I chose because of the number of satisfied reviews. Also, it was easy to set up online and offered various methods and costings to overseas buyers.
My Gorman purchase went through easily and quickly, and Jetkrate contacted me at each stage of the process. Most remarkable was that they managed it during Tropical Cyclone Gabrielle.
I will definitely use this service in future NZ shopping transactions.

As we are a package forwarder, we have full control of the service we provide from the point of receiving your package till the point it is collected by the courier of your choosing. Unfortunately once the package has been collected, we have only as much access and oversight of it as you do. While we're more than happy to assist with follow ups with the courier company - there is little we can do to speed things up. We hope you understand.

There was insufficient website and…
There was insufficient website and information at the drop off . So I took time off work to drive considerable distance to drop off a parcel & found the place unattended..only a sign on the door to call a mobile which gave me an answer phone . So I had to make another trip the next day because I did not feel safe leaving the parcel without someone collecting it . Then after I left the parcel there was some "hiccup" in not noticing my payment was made , so the parcel sat at the depot for a month and it was only when I emailed to see where it had gone was this noticed and corrected. So I would reccommend you improve your communication & website information especially for new users and also if a parcel seems to be sitting around for a month to contact the sender . I would be reluctant to use your service again unless changes are made

Hi Jan, thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve our service and your point about more clarity required around the parcel drop off process has been noted.
From time to time there are glitches from PayPal's side that we simply have no control over. If our system doesn't receive a payment confirmation response from their system the shipment isn't marked as paid. We have reported this to PayPal but are yet to hear of a fix for this issue. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to make it up to you. If you can kindly get back to our support team we can ensure any future experiences are enjoyable and hassle free.

I haven't received my product
I haven't received my product, and I purchased it a long time ago (few months). I'm based in AU, so I'm not sure why it's taking so long.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We note that you have opened a support ticket with us over the weekend and we will get onto this right away. We understand the frustration delays can cause and rest assured will do everything in our power to assist.
Please understand that the courier delivery time frames communicated are estimates provided to us by the courier companies. From the point that we handover your package to the courier, we only have as much visibility and control over your shipment as you do.
Having said this, we are more than happy to support with follow ups with the courier to track down your package however we would greatly appreciate your understanding that shipment delays are not a reflection of the quality of service we provide. We would greatly appreciate if you can update your review ratings once we have resolved this for you as low ratings do make an impact on what other customers perceive of us.

The package was delivered a day earlier than expected. Right before Christmas. This me at the difference between having the item on 23rd December or waiting until 28th December. Great job, thank you.

First time user
First time user. I was very impressed with this service. My items arrived at JetKrate, NZ warehouse a day after I ordered them. I immediately received an email from JetKrate to inform me my package had arrived with various options and cost to send to Sydney. I chose to send my package via NZ mail and it arrived very promptly at a reasonable rate.
The process was smooth and easy, I will definitely use JetKrate again.
