They are simply drop shippers for…

They are simply drop shippers for Chinese manufacturers. They do not hold any stock, they do not see your ordered items. It all comes direct from China and it takes weeks to arrive, shameful company.

SCAMMERS

1star is because you cannot rate 0stars! &0 stars would be kind. It is comical this company replies to customer reviews, I spent 3months on & off emailing these criminals, eventually give details to FCA. Over £300 out of pocket & the email responses were like robots! They just state return pakage not arrived even though tracking states different it has been delivered!
STAY AWAY! TOTAL SCAM!

Scammers, please avoid

Don't ever waste your time buying from them. They are scammers, they use deceptive advertising. Bought a pair of boots for them, paid aroynd £50. It took a month for the boots to arrive as they are shipped from China. They were of poor quality and too small for the size I bought. I requested for a refund but they wanted me to pay for ridiculous shipping charges such that in the end, it was not worth the hassle. Scammers, please avoid!

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! Why is this company still trading? It is not fit for purpose and a total scam! I bought size 6 boots that did not fit and my niece who is a size 4 couldn't fit in them either... They have no intention of refunding you and although the company is based in Belgium the factory is in China. The post office said it would cost £30 to return and couldn't guarantee delivery so essentially sending good money after bad. Never again. Why are they still allowed to trade they are clearly scammers.
Update-
Publicity stunt! Total BS! I still have your useless boots! You insisted I send them back to China at my cost. You refused to refund me more than 10% after I paid nearly £50.
Timewasters - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered based on the delivery…

I ordered based on the delivery information provided 5-7 days for UK. I realised pretty quickly that these items were not going to arrive in time so asked for the order to be cancelled. They hadn't even finished processing my order at this stage but nope they said nothing could be done. Despite me saying numerous times you haven't even completed my order they were totally unhelpful and basically said tough.
3 weeks after placing the order the items arrived. I am now expected to pay to return the items back to CHINA if I want a full refund.

This company is awful. Just an absolute scam. The information on the website says that the warehouse is in China but nothing on the shipping page to advise items take this long to arrive. It states 5-8 days for the uk. Absolute scammers. I am going to take this further as companies like this should not be able to trade. I wish I had looked at these reviews as wouldn't have ordered.

Disgrace of a miss-advertisement and…

Disgrace of a miss-advertisement and customer service.
My friend purchased a seemingly decent looking smart black dress for her husband’s funeral.
It took ages to arrive and when it did it looked nothing like the photos.

We have contacted customer service only to be told that correct item was dispatched and we can return but return cost to China is our responsibility.

Please do not purchase anything from them

Like the shoes

I was alarmed to see reviews saying it was a scam after a purchase. And more upset to then learn it would take weeks to deliver as it was coming from China! However, the shoes I ordered are great. Not the dreaded quality I was expecting. Misleading saying it is JesseLondon when it is not a UK based company. Nevertheless, I am happy with the product

Absolutely awful experience.

Absolutely awful experience.
Item took weeks to arrive and it looks nothing like the pictures and the quality of the fabric is awful.
I wanted to return it but was told I had to arrange that separately to China at full cost with no guarantees of a refund at all. So pay £30 to post back a £40 unwearable dress.
Unbelievable.
They offered me £3.50 to keep it?? It’s worth less than that amount.
Appalled by this company and the fact they’re still trading.
Not sure how to properly expose them.

Scam company. Awful clothes. Very slow delivery and shocking customer service

Scam company. Avoid at all costs. My experience went from bad to worse - I ordered a jacket a month ago and had to chase for delivery updates as it didn't move from their warehouse in China for weeks. Customer service was always insincere and seemingly AI generated. Then eventually when the product did arrive, it was very poor quality, very cheap materials, different colour and different material to the one I ordered. Once I contacted Jesse London again, there was no apology, and they just asked me to send at my own cost back to China before they'd refund. Otherwise they'd give me 10% off if I kept it!? Currently speaking to my credit card provider to initiate a charge back instead. This company is extremely bad, so avoid at all costs.

Scammers – they send completely different items and refuse proper refunds

I strongly advise everyone not to buy from this company. It is a total waste of money and time, and their customer service is absolutely appalling.

I ordered a suit which was advertised as being made of high-quality, structured fabric in navy blue. I paid £29.95 for it.

When it arrived, I received something completely different:

• Colour: Instead of the deep navy blue shown in all the pictures, I got a bright purple item – the difference is obvious and impossible to miss.

• Quality and material: It is not made of proper suit fabric at all. What I received is thin, shiny, stretchy material that has no shape or structure whatsoever. It wrinkles easily, hangs loosely, and looks like cheap loungewear or something you would find at a market stall – certainly not a suit worth nearly £30. There is no lining, no proper tailoring, and the overall finish is very poor.

I contacted them immediately to request a full refund and a pre-paid return label, as their own rules state they provide this for items that are not as described.

Instead of dealing with this fairly, they tried to brush me off:

• First, they offered only 10% back, while lying and claiming the colour was correct.

• When I refused this ridiculous offer, they raised it to just 15% and started making all sorts of excuses – talking about protecting the environment and avoiding long-distance delivery, as if they actually care about such things. They even suggested I just give the item away as a gift!

• They completely ignored the fact that the quality and material are nothing like what was advertised, and refused to pay for any return shipping back to China.

I had to go through my bank to get my money back, which took hours of my time and caused a lot of stress. This company is dishonest, misleads customers with their product descriptions, and has no respect for the people buying from them. Save your money and shop somewhere else!

The company sells very poor quality items....avoid!

The company has a great website, the photos look professional and the items look good quality. Once you've ordered you then discover the company is based in China. I just received my order today and its similar to the website but not the same....a much cheaper, poor quality version. Its too expensive too return and I am not convinced I would get a refund as they don't reply to emails either.
The sandals will probably just about last this summer if I can wear them without my feet being destroyed.
So many of these companies about now....go old school and go to a shop so you can see exactly what you get before you part with your hard earned cash!!

Appalled, do not use this site.

Will never use again. Took weeks to arrive and unfortunately sandals didn’t fit, started the ‘hassle free return” process and was informed it would cost me at least £30 to return them to China! The website is totally misleading when it says hassle free returns. Basically I’ve lost that money, £35 sandals and £30+ to return them. People don’t have money to through away.

SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!

I wished I read reviews about this company before proceeding to make any purchase. This company is a big SCAM. My experience is just same as that of others. Paid over £100 only to receive something totally inferior 100% polyester which took three weeks to arrive. I requested a return and was told to send it back to China even though the package came with a return address in London. The worst part is offering a 10% refund if it's not convenient for me to return. They know exactly what they're doing, hoping you give up when you think of all the hassle in initiating a return, and very likely never getting a refund.
I still wonder how they're getting away with all these even with the numerous poor experiences of others. . . Run from this company! This is daylight robbery.

Honestly don’t understand how this…

Honestly don’t understand how this company is still going reading the reviews. Blazers ordered took 2 weeks to come to which they weren’t needed anymore because they took so long and also NOTHING like the photos online so be warned of that aswell. Completely different colour and material. You can refund but you have to pay to send items back … to china. Or take a 10% refund and keep the absolute awful items which you couldn’t re sell or even give them away.

It’s disgusting that a company can basically scam people out of their money and they are still allowed to trade!!!

Appalling

Appalling - shoes took ages to arrive and when they did they were tiny and not leather. When I enquired about returning them I was told I have to return to China at my own cost (and pay any customs fees).

Dishonest trading - beware!

This company appears to offer decent goods, but the quality was poor, + colour not as portrayed or described and was way too small. Delivery took 12 days, and it turns out returns must be sent to China, paid by the customer - only if it is approved!
This company could only improve if it traded honestly. I think that is unlikely, as they are onto a good thing, and don't care.

This is a sham

This is a sham! The shoes I ordered was sold as orthopaedic and dark brown leather. They came after a very long wait. A different colour and so small. Cheap faux leather. They promise a refund in 30 days but you have to pay to send them back to China. I can't believe these companies are allowed to trade. Do not give them any more money under false pretences.
