If I could give zero or less I would

If I could give zero or less I would, cheap, disgusting, rip off. Customer service appalling, returns expensive and no refund even after 7 months. They say it’s customs, but I paid for everything to get the goods returned, they are a scam company based in China, cloths probably made in a sweat shop.
Don’t purchase from them, utterly disgusting.

Avoid

Avoid , Avoid , Avoid …., Chinese company sending out utter garbage .
They confirmed they hadn’t shipped my order so asked them to cancel … they said sorry , can’t do that . Now want me to pay to return the garbage to China

The order took a while to arrive but I…

The order took a while to arrive but I was kept informed of the progress. The clothes were nicely packaged and needed to be fully ironed before wearing but I am hopeful that they won't crease too much when I start wearing them in the warmer weather.

Ordered a dress that took over 3.5…

Ordered a dress that took over 3.5 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it wasn't the dress I ordered. Not only was the dress the wrong dress but it was of such a cheap fabric it wasn't worth the cost of the postage let alone the £80+ I paid. Very dissapointed!

Total rip off!

Ordered the dress for a funeral with ‘express shipping’ and received an email immediately stating that shipping would be delayed, I requested to cancel the order but was told it was not possible. Had to order another dress from elsewhere for the occasion. When the dress eventually arrived I found it to be of cheap quality and nothing like the dress pictured, it is really over priced for the £45 I paid. The dress is fairly comfortable, but not worth £45 at all. I’m keeping the dress as it is too expensive to return to China at my own expense. Internet is becoming less and less safe to shop

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I waited a long time the dress that I ordered, when it arrived it was not what I had ordered. The cost of returning the dress was too much and the company would only give me 10% refund if they did not get the dress returned.

AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SCAMMER

AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SCAMMER! I bought a jacket back in October 2025, and NOW IS MAY 2026 and it still hasn’t arrived.

Delivery attempt failed TWICE and accused me for giving wrong address, when I asked for a picture the second time they wanted to redeliver, to check the address they put on the parcel, they refused. I have no problems with other big companies selling legit stuff to my address but this one is so ridiculous.

Requested for a refund MANY TIMES but they told me when the parcel has arrived back to them but when it did, they said refund cannot be done. Bullshit.

You took my hard earned money and took no responsibility to mend my request, I pray to God your business won’t succeed! Gth scammers

Another dreadful review

Another dreadful review. Please avoid. Bought a suit naively. Took weeks to arrive, which made sense once I checked the website address in china. It eventually arrived to look nothing like the original and likely made of toilet paper. On requesting a return they advised Id have to pay postage to china. Fair play they actually respond to my emails quite quickly, just a shame its a scam from the outset. They so graciously offered me a 20% refund. After a lot of me objecting against this insulting offer, i reluctantly gave in to salvage some of my loss. This was definitely their game plan from the start. I have received the 20% refund at least. Lesson learned for me, but please listen to all these bad reviews and dont get burned like us!

How sad

How sad, for my brothers funeral, not only did it not turn up but I also pinned my hopes on this being the fact the colour was a colour he wished to have at his funeral, but also to then find out it is this company is absolutely heartbreaking. You took money from a young woman grieving for her brother to not only not deliver it, but to also email her back a generic email with absolutely no intention of solving the matter.

Shame on you, I can’t wait to put this all over the news, social media, you name it.
Karma does come back around.

I do not recommend it

I ordered a leather jacket that I had been waiting for quite a long time. When it finally arrived, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. It looks completely different from the photos — in reality, the material only resembles leather but isn’t genuine at all.

Every complaint receives an automated response, and it’s always the same. Avoid this store and make sure to read reviews before making a purchase.

Just want a refund now as the dress is too late!!
Dress eventually arrived and was too big!!
You must pay the cost to return it to Asia.. not London!!!!

This company writes on your review stating they want to resolve any disputes, however I have emailed with an offer of £2.50 refund when I want to return the item which cost me £25, to send back would cost me around £20 to £30, you email and ask how they can justify this, then your emails are ignored no response nothing very misleading and poor quality products, avoid this website

Really disappointed with the company

Really disappointed with the company. The product is of very poor quality. And the return process is terrible. I ordered the product thinking it is from UK. The delivery supposed to be 7 days. I received the delivery after a month and the product turned out to be of poor quality. I decided to return.

You can't return anything!

Jacket took ages to come, then too small even though I went a size up. Wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. This company needs to SHUT DOWN. You can't send anything back, they offered 10% off and keep the item - because if I sent it back - I have to pay at least £40 to send it back to Asia !!!

They are simply drop shippers for Chinese manufacturers. They do not hold any stock, they do not see your ordered items. It all comes direct from China and it takes weeks to arrive, shameful company.
