Der absolut schlechteste Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe.
Unsere Kaffemaschine ist kaputt gegangen ( nach innerhalb der Garantie). Es hat 3 Monate gedauert bis die Maschine ausgetauscht wurde. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die "neue" Maschine ein älteres Modell ist, was uns als neues Modell verkauft worden ist.
Absolute Frechheit !!!
Zusätzlich wurde bei uns per Sepa Lastschrift 5 weitere Monate abgebucht und wir warten immer noch auf die Rücküberweisung.
Lasst die Finger von so einer unprofessionellen Firma !!!

Appalling Customer Service
I contacted Tassimo recently whilst trying to place my last coffee pod order with them. Their temperamental website does not like a discount being applied, and the order then being amended to optimise the best use of a discount.
The representative advised me to order my items outwith my account. She said she would wait to see if the issue had been resolved, but then got fed up because she had other customers waiting, and told me I could phone back if there was till a problem.
Fortunately it did work, albeit quite slowly, and I received my order.
A few months down the road I discovered I had a faulty Americano Smooth pod that emptied all the coffee granules into my machine. I found 2 more in the same pack with faulty foil seals in exactly the same positions, but just put it down to bad luck.
A couple of weeks on and my machine was filled with coffee granules yet again, and on inspecting all the other Americano Smooth pods, I found another 8, all with identical faulty seals.
I decided to contact Tassimo on a complaint form, but could not trace my last order details in my account. They replied 6 days later, in French for some reason. I replied on another complaint form because it seems to be the only way to write to them. I then decided to phone them since I had not not received a reply. The representative began asking for all the details which they already had, and after my call he emailed me a whole 3 x £2.00 "goodwill vouchers" to print and redeem. When I decided to use them in a local supermarket, it then turned out all 3 of the "goodwill vouchers" had the same barcodes, and I ended up having to cancel the purchase.
I am now told from Tassimo that they are all meant to have the same barcodes, although Tesco checkouts cannot accept 3 identical voucher barcodes, and I can only use one per transaction.
This whole JDE Tassimo episode has gone from bad to worse, and has been dealt with extremely poorly.
After using their products for over 10 years, I think it is now time to ditch Tassimo if this how they attempt to appease customers.
It certainly does not inspire any confidence whatsoever.
Update alert - 25/06/2025.
After contacting them yet again about their not so "goodwill vouchers" amounting to all of £6.00, the customer representative has checked with his manager to now send me a voucher for £5.00!
Don't truck with Tassimo JDE.

I have been trying to obtain a replacement for a jar of L'Or coffee, which due to the badly designed, almost impossible to remove lid, broke causing me injury. I was promised a voucher which never arrived and they are no longer replying to emails. From other reviews, this seems to be the norm for Jacobs Douwe Egberts.

but normal milk and a strange after taste , have got nowhere with their customer service which unfortunately is the way of the world with all big firms ,,,,So ditching the machine and going back to ground coffee having spent hundreds with them over the years ,,,,,nobody cares anymore ,,Obviously have enough customers to lose one .....

Je suis un particulier qui a fait appel à l'assistance technique L'OR en ligne concernant ma machine BARISTA TW902007000372 achetée le 28/06/2022 qui présente une panne non prévue page 47 à 50 du mode d'emploi en français.Pas de réponse sauf faire réparer la machine sachant que l'expédition + la réparation coûteront 3 fois le prix de la machine!

Amazon left the big box outside the front door in full view, didn't bother knocking and left. I was indoors working when this happened
Got a notification 30 minutes later via email it had been left outside with a photo
When I went to look it wasn't there, checked with neighbours, nothing, obviously stolen
Contacted JDE the same day, heard nothing, contacted them again the next heard nothing, 3 days on and no contact at all from them

Sie bieten eine gratis testen Cash back Aktion an. Über 5€ kosten diese Minitasse Pads! Habe alles richtig gemacht. Soooo lange muss man warten- und jetzt gibt es keine Erstattung!!! Versuche sie ins Geschäft zurück zu bringen, aber echt sehr sehr mies. So viel Geld habe ich leider nicht übrig. Schade dass senseo das nötig hat.
Ich rate davon ab, gibt wesentlich besseren Kaffee von ehrlicheren Firmen.

Placed an order (not sure of the exact number because I could never pinpoint it, L801435976 or LES-L801435976-01 and Ref# 412435458) on December 19th. On December 21st (!?) I get my first email from Celeritas saying they are having trouble locating me. Seriously?? You have my home address and phone number. Just call me. On December 23rd I received another email from them saying that - "Your parcel with tracking number 412435458 from JDE is now available to the carrier ECOSCOOTING and will be delivered today to the following address - with my name, home address, my phone number.
Okay. Waiting. Nothing.
The next day (December 24th) I received another email which is an exact copy (word for word) of the email from December 23rd. Okay. This time I will wait another 3 days. On December 26th, I decided to check the status of my delivery by tracking number on the Celeritas website and found that on the same day, December 24th, my package was returned -
"12/24/2024 11:16:49 AM Return delivered to destination warehouse"
Then I have a question for you - Where is my return? You had enough time to process the refund.

Leider fehlte bei der Bestellung von L'OR Kapseln 2 Pack. Kann mal passieren(spricht allerdings nicht für Qualität), aber anstelle dass man mir diese nochmals schickt vergütet man einfach die 2 Pack. Nur hatte ich vorher ein Gutschein über 40% Rabatt. Ziemlich schwacher Support und Dienstleistung

Still waiting for my coffee machine. No communication from this company, no wish on their part to resolve the matter after four phone calls. Question is will I get a refund. Will be contacting trading standards. Don’t be fooled by their offer of a discounted machine it may never arrive. This appears to be a marketing SCAM.
