Painful return process

I had three two pairs of glasses shipped to the US, which qualified for "free shipping". However, I accidentally ordered the wrong style. So I went to activate the 30-day return. I have to pay for the return shipping - not unreasonable - but what I wasn't expecting was the return note would state that I would only receive $37.85 of the $50 I paid for each pair. When I contacted customer service I was first told that this was a "fee is set by our logistics partner due to customs and international shipping costs". When I questioned this and asked how this could be possible when the website states free shipping and at no point during checkout was this fee called out separately, the representative changed their story and said it was likely due to locally applied sales tax. Which also didn’t make sense as in the US sales tax is added to the price, not included in it.

It was only when I posted a negative review to Trustpilot that I finally got an email confirming that I would be refunded the full amount.

You did receive the refund for two items ($100).

Bonjour, nous étions en déplacement et je n’ai pas eu le colis. J’ai eu une notification comme quoi le chauffeur était passé mais il n’a pas pu le déposer et je n’ai rien reçu. Auriez-vous la possibilité de nous transmettre les coordonnées du transporteur ou le contacter ?

Paid returns

Ordered several models to see which best fits me with a plan to return those that don't. It turned out that the returns are paid by me (no free returns) and the amount is about 30% of the price. I know it is my mistake as I did not read the policy, but who does? In times where most of the retailers offer free returns. Much disappointed, but I assume that is because they get a lot of returns...

Magnifique lunettes pour bébé

Magnifique lunettes pour bébé. J'adore ça change des lunettes classiques. Envoi ultra, je dirai même méga rapide. Reçues en 2 jours. Néanmoins les lunettes 0-9 mois sont un peu grandes pour mon bébé de 3 mois. Elles serviront plus tard mais dommage, j'ai du en acheter des plus adaptés pour le moment.
