I think things went real well with Faith we were there for about two hours. Talk the whole time. I really like her. I'm not sure we're going to meet again or not. I would like to, just not sure if she's ready.
I'm not sure if she thinks she's ready. One Thing I have been working on and my life coach has been helping is my patients. I Go To fast and I have learn to control that. I also fall in love easy which I know can be a big problem. So I am not going to text her and let's see what she does. I would like to get to know her better. She did make a comment under her breath it's like she did or didn't want me to hear it. I think she said we could only be friends so not sure exactly what that means. Oh well on to the next one.

The match was 90% spot on!! We enjoyed each other but the "chemistry" just wasn't there.

After many (many, many) years of online dating it's a huge relief to have my matchmaker Jaiye getting to know me, listening to what I'm looking for and finding matches and organizing dates! It's great to know he has my back. I can enjoy going on dates and meeting new people without the stress.

Their best day is the day they convince you to pay $3900 for 12 months/12 dates.
You will learn after the fact that anyone they put forward for you ,no matter how inappropriate will count as a date even if you soundly reject them for not meeting your specific requirements.

Excellent match on the very first date! It is as if my matchmaker read my mind, matching me with someone that far exceeded my expectations.

Absolute Scam. Not matched once with a single person who met my criteria. For example, I am single father with full custody of 5 young children in search of a nearby person, yet, I was sent on a date with a empty-nester - looking for someone with no children, and lived over an hour away. I had better luck on POF and FB dating. Save your time and $$$.

I think this company is one of the most unorganized I have ever worked with. They oversold themselves on the phone during the initial call. They said they would recruit people specifically for me, but this did not happen. Their website says they offer a concierge service, but it is not concierge. My primary matchmaker didn't take the time to get to know me or learn what I like. They don't reply promptly to emails, but they expect you to reply, or they put your membership on hold. Overall, their communication is poor. They presented me with duplicate matches on multiple occasions (presented the same person more than once as a match), which they would not do without a system for tracking what they were doing. I was told they only use the initial intake call to get to know you and find you matches. Situations change and evolve, and basing matches off the initial intake call (with another person) is not sufficient, in my opinion. This service is a giant waste of money. Every woman I went out with also said the experience was not positive. The company had not even done an excellent job of fulfilling our initial agreement and then tried to upsell me to an even more expensive engagement for $10k extra. When my program ended, they didn't send me an email or communication to let me know we were done and to thank me for the business. I reached out to my matchmaker and was told the program ended. Do yourself a favor and run to the hills before paying this company any of your hard-earned money to find you a match. You can do much better on your own if you learn to vet people on the apps instead of letting this company send you matches that are not a fit and ultimately waste your time, energy, and money.

The quality of the matches varied. I provide meaningful feedback after every date to help refine the search efforts. However, sometimes I wonder if team members talk with each other when considering other matches. For example, there were a few matches which clearly didn't match the critical criteria parameters yet I would be matched anyway. I dealt with a number of different Matchmakers and I felt that hurt the overall refinement process with consistency.

Be aware that when you drop the thousands of dollars for this scam you will not be able to get a refund for any reason.
First match they gave me was nothing like what I was looking for. After a few more matches I went on a date, and was stood up at the restaurant. Bartender was cool about it and gave me a free drink out of it at least. Second date attempt he confirmed day of, then canceled an hour before meeting. This is the quality of individuals you'll get to deal with.
Ever since then the matches have been like bland soup, if not worse. I no longer look forward to IJL's calls or emails, more like dread how bad their next hand-picked selection is going to be.
My account is on pause after 9 months of wasted time and money and have zero desire to even complete the term.

My matchmaker is really listening to me and helping me get comfortable with dating again after 30 years. She is helping me learn about myself and helping me focus on having fun.

Jinger was intelligent, attractive and very stylish and we had a lot of the same interests and outlook on life. We are getting together this Monday for dinner and Goga, one of my favorite entertainers.

Current matchmaker appears to listen to me and honor my preferences. Previous matchmaker sent me on dates that were a waste of time. I started listening to my gut and saying no to matches that aren’t what I am looking for. I found that every profile that they sent over had very out of date pictures of the proposed match. I really don’t have time for dating sites and thought this would be an efficient way to meet new people. But IJL seems to have rather limited active client list that matches up with my criteria and they tend to dig up inactive clients. Hence the dated profile pics.

I just recently signed up for It’s Just Lunch and went on my first lunch date. I had a great time. We had quite a few things in common. We did exchange numbers and I look forward to talking to him soon! I was very impressed with with my initial interview and the person they chose to have me meet!

Worst ever. They take your money and then just throw dates to you that are not within your requested criteria. Case in point. I asked that my dates live within a 30 mile radius. The last date that ended my service with them lived in another state 100 miles away. And he was looking for a Christian woman. I’m Jewish. He was a nice man but it was ridiculous. Now I am in dispute over my credit card transaction. Dave your money. The people that work there have no consideration for their paying members.

The staff was very prompt in following up and making sure our date was well corrected and accepted feedback thereafter.

Overall I've been satisfied with the services of IJL. The date coordinators have been easy to reach. The restaurant locations are well researched. The concept is very strong, to find a matchmaker that diligently tries to match people of common interest. My big complaint would be that my dates are people that live far away from me which makes it difficult to continue with a relationship.

Everything was well organized and worked smoothly.

The match makers listen to feedback and improve from there. Coming into the experience with a clear picture of what you want will help you and your matchmaker.
