With each call we received a different rate- ridiculous! The in store personnel had excellent customer service skills!

iStorage makes it so incredibly easy to rent a unit at a very fair price. The Staff is always so very pleasant and helpful; the premises are clean and safe--and you just can beat online invoicing and payment. What a pleasure doing business with such an outstanding company!

I was very displeased with the hidden fees. It pays to do a bit more research and ask a few more questions. If I knew about the fees ahead of time, I would have made a better choice.

This transaction was easy. The manager, Ashley gave us a tour, let us know which lots where available and let us pick our site. We picked our own code for the gate and as we walked around the property in and out it was immaculate. The property is gate enclosed and well lite. Very happy we are renting from iStorage.

Mark is an excellent Customer Service Rep, very knowledgeable.

Nice people, work with u 2help store your things,if they can't help they might no you can.

Had a last minute move and the people at IStorage were awesome! They were so accommodating and helpful. When it came time to unload the truck I rented - I was given 24 hours access to ensure I was able to return the truck on time. The property is clean and well maintained with lots of unit sizes to choose from. Of all the storage facilities I have used in the past this place exceeds all of them!

Ashley was very accommodating. We moved from WI and had to alter our move in date a few times. Once we arrived she was very professional and helpful. She also provided other options that she felt would be to our advantage.

I accidentally booked at the wrong I storage location. It has been impossible to correct the situation. After countless phone calls and messages left at the ft Meyers location I've still been ignored and unable to fix my reservation. Horrible customer service!
