Got me over the line for BE trailer licence test. Excellent instructors, great job Ger and thanks to Richie White for the pretest, really put me at ease going into the test, great way about him.

Huge thank you to niamh from Jamestown road ISM finglas. I was so nervous starting and she made me feel so comfortable and confident. Did he upmost to squeeze me in last minute before my test and had me feeling positive and ready before my test. Couldn't fault her in any way. Very reliable and works around times that suits. Full of such positivity. Helped me pass me test.
Highly recommended and extremely thankful to her so much so that Il be only going to her when my daughter gets her lience.
Had a different instructor before her and he was horrid. Felt like awful after leaving a lession with him. As if i was so inadequate. Had me driving round in circles for the whole 2 hours where's niamh took me straight out onto the road and I felt amazing after each session
So it does matter who you practice with.
Niamh is by far the best ever. Couldn't fault her in any way

I recently completed my training for a full D licence here at first I was trained by alot of great lads but I could not control my nerves I got alot of great tips and pointers but unfortunately did not pass the first time, due to no confidence and not quite good enough .the great instructors were Terry, stylianos ,tom, pat ,Dave Hennessy , Abdi . I only had once or twice but a great laugh and good instructors. Enoch is a good man very friendly and good on a dealing with people level but in my opinion could do with a bit more bus driving experience due to a few things sutch as his own stress / panic levels due to not being a bus driver . Richie is a different style all toghter if your the type that responds to strict military style training I got on grand found him sound on a personal level but not for everyone ! , i didn't have jo as an instructor but always had the time of day for you and made it a good laugh easing the nerves were he could , it wasn't untill I was put with Terry for the rest of my lessons on my second attempt I really really started getting over all the nerves he took me from rattling before any drive and not being able to focus to being alot lot more confident in myself he could read any student from a mile away and instantly read there strengths and weaknesses and tailored a personal way to really connect and teach you on a level that hammered home with you plus can't remember a time on lesson I wasn't in absolute ribbons and pain from the absolute laughs had yet every lesson getting profoundly better i genuinely looked forward to each lesson and genuinely felt tons more confident the second time and passed with less than half the marks I got the first time around I could not recommend this man enough he is absolutely born to teach driving / operating heavy machinery on every level if I had a chance to go back to learn any other machine (trucks , emergency blue and red light machines or medical / all categories in between or up to I would dive at it and genuinely be looking forward to it couldn't do the man justice with words I massively appreciate what Terry done for me . The lads in the office CJ and lukaz were also an absolute pleasure to deal with and took the time of day to accommodate all requests sutch as extra time etc couldn't recommend this company highly enough would deffonitly go back in the future they could deffonitly do with updating / fixing up the buses to take the undue pressure the Instructors allready face away but all round very good company from a student level would highly recommend to anyone

Had my bus driving test last week after 4 weeks training. I had Terry O Hagan as my instructor. What can I say?, Terry has a great manner about him and a very professional approach! Any little issues were ironed out very quickly with minimal fuss. He’s a credit to ISM and thanks to him I passed 1st time!🙏 a shout out to the lads in the office too who were always accommodating😀

So I had my bus lesson with ism these last 4 weeks 1st week was a little shady had no time for certain instructors but the we met Terry o hagan all I can say is a gentleman never raised his voice once 🙏 full instruction down to the T, full correction and instruction 100% he would guide us through and mistakes he thought we were going to make even before we made them. so little the task so simple the answer spot on Terry well done I am now ready to drive a bus because of your training oh and my good lucks 😂🤗 the crack was great 😃 also couldn't have met a nicer bunch of lads .Thank you once again too marks for grading and respect.popeye💪💪💯

I did an online training with Dave Malone, on the ADI stage 1 test. I'm happy to say dave knows his onions. Thanks dave, you are a star.... passed! Passed!! Passed!!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, all the instructors were patient and approachable with queries.
I would highly recommend them

Done my ADI part 2 training today with David. An absolute pleasure and loves every minute of his job training students to improve on every aspect. Lots of patience and great craic. Was honest and sharp with his feedback. Very well balance and thorough with every aspect of my faults. Looking forward already to day 2 of my training - Jordan

CPC Course booked ! Was very helpful and accomodating. The instructor lisa was very knowledgeable and made the course interesting, she got the class interacting with each other without us knowing!! That's very hard with a bunch of grumpy Lorry and coach drivers 😂😂 good job lisa x

My experience with Niamh Brady as my driving instructor was fantastic. She really helped me build my skills and get ready for the test. With her guidance, I became a confident driver. I'm so grateful for her support throughout the process. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great instructor.

These are the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with and the driving instructors are aggressive and cannot instruct at all . very unprofessional and really would recommend anybody else if your starting your lessons for the first time also months waiting list to actually start your lessons .

Had my first 2 hours with Murray Garrity this morning Murray was Very calm and patient I felt so comfortable and relaxed driving with him he explained everything in Great detail.Looking forward to my next lesson Will do my 12 lessons with him Couldn't be happier with my instructor.He is fantastic to learn to drive with

I learned to drive a bus at ISM Finglas and loved every minute of it. The instructor I had most was Stelios he was fantastic - patient, calm and professional, I learned so much from him. All the instructor were great and I was happy with all of them. The lads in the office were also amazing and very accommodating. I would highly recommend the ISM to anyone. Massive thank you to everybody there who helped me to become a bus driver

Michael in Cork was very capable at both assessing the needs of learner drivers and helping to learn the skills of being a competent driver in my experience , 2 members of my family passed their driving tests first time on foot of his lessons

I hade my Rigid and CPC lessons whit Richie Whyte, very good instructor very knowledgeable and experienced and the guys in the office always ready to help too whit no delays. So whit all this support I just passed my CPC and Driving test. Thanks guys for the support.

Really bad service stay well clear lads, honestly

Just had my first lesson today with Murray and can confidently say I came out much more confident in my abilities. Murray was very encouraging and helped me navigate through the basics before working through slightly more advanced skills and by the end I was even able to drive home. I’m really looking forward to the next lesson which is something I never imagined I’d be able to say
