Once the payment is made, the timing of when IRAS updates it is out of our hands. That’s why we always recommend paying 7 business days earlier than the due date to give enough time for everything to reconcile smoothly.

Easy to use and I am kept updated on the status each step of the way. Good app to use. Although I would prefer for the admin fee for Amex to be as low as Visa, I guess the 1.99% is still decent.
