I’m a regular user
I’m a regular user. Overall experience is good but at times the transactions don’t show up in the dashboard which presents like it’s not gone thru. I’ve then re-entered only to see the same transaction go thru twice, and be charged twice. Which is frustrating.

Rates can be better as volumes increase
I was not able to receive a good rate for my international transfers (cardup had a good ongoing promo..and had tonuse them for a pretty large payment (about 50K). But overall, happy with ipaymy service.

Have been using for 2 yrs, good for rent, mortgage payment. Fast and efficient. Good rates.
For education fee or tuition, will recommend to have promo code that is similar to rent as it is mostly for the kids. Not sure how to manage if the tuition is not fix value per mth.

Easy to use, straight forward and the support is top notch. Would be 5 star with an app and the opportunity to search for country when filling in country code for phonenr. Now need to recognise the country flag to fund the correct country code.
