I was so glad to find a real, proper parcel box after using a homemade version. Nothing on the market compares to it, and trust me, I've looked!

The set up and installation were incredibly easy, I don't think I've ever had a smart device connect so smoothly and easily into my extensive smart home.

A small hiccup in delivery (definitely not iParcelBox's fault!) had a near instant response and excellent options to resolve.

I very highly recommend not only the product, but the service, too. The old saying "Price, Quality, Service - Pick Only Two". But I don't know... this is the first company ever where I feel I've gotten all 3!

Very responsive and to the point helpdesk.

What a great idea, I don't have to wait for parcel delivery and know it's safe when it has been delivered.

Had a few teething problems along the way which have always been dealt with fairly and very promptly.

customer care and feedback is great even when clearly my problem was my own or my phones software.

Great company great after sales and guarantee period if your remote and got wifi where ever you site your Iparcel box then this is great.

We have one of these, it’s brilliant. As someone famous once said” it’s up there with sliced bread and running water.” After sales service is also great. Answer to our question was answered the same day we sent the email. Every house should have one of these

Een tweede box gekocht, nu eentje voor het werk, de XL versie.
Ondanks dat het van UK komt en dus door de douane moet is alles vlot verlopen. Prijs die je betaald is de prijs incl import en douane kosten dus duidelijk en makkelijk.
App werkt ook goed en meldingen van leveringen is ook aangenaam.
Had een probleempje met wifi instellingen (door mijn router) welke door support keurig en snel opgelost werd.
Ik heb alle boxen vergeleken, maar die van iParcelBox lijken mij de beste op de markt qua functionaliteit.

We’ve had this box for several years and it’s a brilliant product and makes life SO much easier.

Just had a technical glitch- dropped them a line on messenger in the evening when home, was hoping for a reply maybe tomorrow or the day after. Instead I get a message within half an hour, really clear and easy to follow steps and the problem is now all sorted.

I bought a iparcel box in 2021 as I needed a secure way to receive deliveries.
The box is great and all the delivery men/women love it.
The support from Paul the CEO has been brilliant and he continues to help me out 3 years later if I need it.

Fast and knowledgeable service - it was from the founder after all! I highly rate this product - been wanting one for ages and finally got around to it.

Customer service from iParcelBox is ridiculously good.

Operation of the box is simplicity itself - still defeats some couriers but mostly, it works and my parcels are out of sight, safe.

I have bought 3 Iparcel boxes now. The build quality is excellent and all delivery drivers think the box is brilliant. I have had a few questions about various things and customer support is fantastic. I cannot fault the service or the product in anyway so this is 5* all round

Not impressed, software is buggy and there are long delays in commands sent to box ( great when you have an impatient delivery driver ), we had loads of battery issues in the beginning for around 3 months which after loads of messing around were finally solved, too top it off build quality of the box is poor as the locking area failed 13 months after purchase (typically out of warranty) now we have a 400 pound steel box outside our house which is useless and we’ve barely used over this time because of constant issues and the fact that we would have to pay another £65 for a new lid which based on the build quality would just fail again.

Customer service is fast but that’s doesn’t make the product any better.

Super impressed with the Box lasting so well for so long and Still going strong.
I purchased my V2 version box (the smaller one of the two options) back in late 2021, I never connected it to power as I never got round to arranging for a socket to be placed in the area..However, all the delivery people push the button (even though it's not functioning but they believe it is thanks to all the serious writing and arrows on the box) and then they drop the package in. I use a RING device door contact sensor inside the Box, this alerts me Audible inside the house and on my phone app wherever I am so No need for a Camera (for my needs), also I live in the Surrey hills and so the box and its content are safer than being on a Main Street or in the city.
I had to use a Grate inside the box to make sure the contents stay dry as sometimes a few drops find there way in depending on the types of rain together with wind.
My Only wish is the lid had a gas piston arm as its sometimes hard to have one Hand on the lid and just one hand dealing with a snug package.
I am considering the larger box now as my packages are increasing but these package will be deeper and trickier to lift out without the help of a gas piston arm so hmmmm.
I recommend this box.

Purchase very easy on the website and they sort out all the paperwork for import into the EU. And it's a great product by the way !

The user support for this product is always brilliant. Timely, clear and always a satisfactory conclusion.

The product is well made, the iparcel app is also well developed and contains a lot of good features. However you are paying for this quality and I think if an improvement could be made I would suggest adding an override keypad so codes can be given to couriers / Postman instead of the link feature that sometimes is hit and miss but this is just an enhancement to an already good product

I had an issue ( self inflicted as it happens) receiving notifications.
I emailed customer services on a Saturday evening and was extremely surprised to get an instant reply- not from a bot either.
We continued our contact the following day - Sunday only to discover it was a setting in my phone.

Order fulfilled on time goods as described and well packaged instructions were very clear and installation was a breeze the only hard thing was getting delivery people to use the box now 2 weeks later 80% of them have realised how easy and handy it is to open and no hold ups waiting for an answer .Really pleased i bought it .

I’ve had an iParcelBox for about a year now and it’s been brilliant. I’ve got the mains powered version and it has worked flawlessly since I installed it. I have recommended it to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering a delivery box. The fact it’s literally a trunk means it’s capacity is all used whereas the drawer/shoot ones I considered were only able to accept small packages. There are two caveats though, one is that you need to be aware that notifications including requests to unlock it for additional packages (everything after the first delivery) are dependent on you having signal on your mobile and you need to have notifications switched on (works well with Apple Watch too) - you need to be tuned into the notifications as delivery people don’t hang around. The second thing to consider is having a camera you can access remotely to see who you’re unlocking the box for - you can connect this to the iParcelBox app so you can view and unlock in one place.
