Amazing Service and Beautiful Smart Curtains Throughout Our Home
We recently had floor to ceiling motorised curtains with matching voiles installed by Curtains & Blinds Direct UK Ltd throughout our home, and we honestly could not be happier with the result.
From the very first call, the customer service was excellent. Mohamed took the time to explain all the options, from fabrics and colours to the motorised system and smart controls, and helped us choose what would work best in each room. Mohamed and his team brought all the samples with them, which made it much easier to see how everything would look in our own space. Nothing felt rushed and they were patient, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout.
The finished look is amazing. The curtains and voiles hang beautifully from ceiling to floor and have completely transformed the feel of the house. Every main room now feels more complete, cosy and stylish. The motorised system runs smoothly and quietly, and what makes it even better is that it is connected to our smartphones. We can control the curtains from our phones, even when we are away from home, which adds a whole new level of convenience and security.
Installation day was just as impressive. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and treated our home with great respect. They were careful during the fitting process, paid attention to every detail and kept everything clean and tidy throughout. When they left, the house was exactly how they found it.
One thing that genuinely impressed us was when they mentioned, as they were leaving, that the installation includes a 5 year maintenance contract. Knowing they can come back if anything needs adjusting or just to check everything over gives us real peace of mind. It shows they stand by their work and care about their customers long after the job is complete.
Overall, we are absolutely delighted and would highly recommend Curtains & Blinds Direct UK Ltd to anyone looking for high quality products, smart home convenience and a team that truly cares about delivering a great experience.

Extremely poor workmanship and no aftercare
I was offered a discount on the condition that I paid the full amount upfront, so I paid over £2,000 for blinds for four windows, expecting a professional and high‑quality service. Unfortunately, my experience with Curtains & Blinds Direct has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
My home has recently been fully renovated to a very high standard, so I was shocked by the lack of care shown during installation. Mohammed dropped tools, damaged the walls, marked the staircase, and even installed the blinds while resting his boots on my brand‑new window frame. This level of carelessness is unacceptable in any home, let alone one that has just been refurbished.
To make matters worse, he installed the blinds incorrectly the first time and had to take them down and reinstall them. In the process, he damaged the ceiling and then filled the holes with silicone instead of repairing them properly. The finish was messy, uneven, and nowhere near the standard you would expect for the price.
When I raised my concerns, Mohammed returned a few days later, but instead of fixing the issues professionally, he simply used cheap silicone to cover the imperfections. This has already started peeling off. Even my builder—who has seen a lot—was surprised at how poor the workmanship was.
I gave him more than enough time to respond to the concerns I raised, but he stopped replying altogether. The customer service and communication were unprofessional from the moment he received full payment. Before payment, he was extremely persistent and responsive; afterwards, that completely changed.
In the end, I had to pay my builder to correct the damage and finish the work properly—something that should never have been necessary.
I am writing this review so that others don’t get caught out the way I did. My advice is simple: avoid this company. For the prices they charge, you can absolutely find better quality, better workmanship, and better customer service elsewhere. And if you do decide to take the risk, do not pay upfront. Once they have your money, the care, communication, and professionalism disappear.
A very disappointing experience overall.
