Returned an item on the 8th had an email to say it was recieved by them on the 10th and refund would be issued within 14 days it is now day 15 and no refund customer service is a joke they either dont get back to you or just lie i wont be buying from them again

I ordered two pair of sleepwear ( men’s & woman’s ) and sadly when my order came I ended up been given two men’s sleepwear instead of the matching woman’s sent I went straight onto online chat and spoke to Ashley who was so helpful and apologetic truly amazing but also made should that I would get woman’s set sent out to me on next day delivery to make sure it didn’t sell out..honestly was so patient and help me straight away with issue could be happier xx

Ordered a few times from this website but I do find it very expensive even at sale price esp when the clothing is what u can get on the high street ... I’ve just gone to order a cardigan and a message popped up sign up for 10% off so I thought why not I got the email and the code to use ..... only to be told when using the code it’s not available ..... not good at all

Awful! Paid over 100 pound worth of clothes when receiving the items several items were totally different from what I had ordered they had sent the total different items out! Send the items back for a refund after waiting over 2 weeks for a response and I posted 5 items back to them but they have only refunded me 3 items when all items was in the same parcel!!!

Ordered recently from this company. The quality is good for the prize but the sizing is way off. Would not be buying from them again. I had to pay £4.00 to return my item and then when they processed my return from their side they charged me a further £2.50 handling fee? So in total i lost on out near £7 just to return my items. They need to step up on their returns before i would purchase from them again.

I got a fabulous brown / cream polka dot midi wrap dress and it is one of my favourite dresses I own 👗 Lovely material 😍 I didn’t have to return my dress so I’m not sure how the returns work 🤷🏻‍♀️ Highly recommend 👍🏻

I love in the style. Don't get me wrong some material is a bit cheap and see through but that being said.. It's my go to website for outfits. So much to choose from, great deals and fast quick easy delivery and returns. Always a go to!

I placed an order for my holiday end of July. I have always liked the clothes from in the style and found the price reasonable. It came without a returns label and I was unable to get one from there website. I emailed them. Received an automatic response saying someone will be in touch in 72 hours due to COVID. 3 weeks later no response. I looked for customer services number. Rang in not currently in use and no way to make contact. I today get an email saying I never made contact. And that there returns policy is 14 days so they are unwilling to do any refund for me. Offered nothing at all! And the best bit I have the emails and auto emails sent. DONT USE THEM

Bad customer service, cheap tacky market style clothes. Refunds take a month. Absolute disgrace.
