Please be aware if you order from in the style and send it back for any reason they charge you £3.99 to send it back and if that not all they also charge £2.49 admin fee as well as the £3.99 you pay for p&p to receive your order I think this is ridiculous

Disappointed to have to ever write a negative review when the clothing is actually fab. I had to return an order as the items didn’t suit me. Over 3 weeks and the same questions from various agents - asking for proof of postage/return etc. I have only had radio silence from both since sending my proof of return and it’s extremely frustrating.

Poor environmental concern, just a load of plastic tat that falls apart the second you wash it. Jac Jossa etc should be ashamed of themselves for putting their names to such low quality fast fashion, a new “collection” which seems to come out every other day all comprised of the same old rubbish. Save your money and buy ethically produced clothing that lasts and doesn’t harm the environment.

I ordered a few pieces from Lorna Luxe’s collection, it all looks so good on her so I expected good quality. Wrong! The knitwear was so cheap, loose threads and totally shapeless. I was pretty shocked to be honest. Such poor quality.
I obviously wanted to send it back. Didn’t realise that they charge you £2.50 to return. What for? Total rip off, I’ve deleted the app and will NEVER shop there again.
Save yourself the grief, delete the app!

The worst company I have ever ordered with, I seen a TikTok influencer showing what they had been given and bought a blazer and shorts co-ord set, beautiful pink set.

First issue started when I ordered 2 sets in two colours and two sizes. Instead of sending the two full two sets they sent me 3 blazers and one set of shorts which the zip was broken on the shorts.

After returning this and reordering again I was happy at the end with the products.

Due to Covid I didn’t have an event to wear this outfit but when it came to wear it I noticed the zip was also broken on these shorts with a stain.
I contacted customer service who replied stating they would provide a refund this was on 11/11/2021. I emailed again on 27/11/2022 as I still had not received a refund!!!

I sent an additional email today 7/12/2021 due to them failing to reply to the previous email and still waiting for the refund they said they was processing on the 11/11/2021!!

I returned some items and they are refusing to be refund me! I will not be buying from in the style ever again!!!! Awful customer service.

Cheap clothes PUSHED by Instagram influencers who ITS pay, quality is shocking, bad stitching, cheap materials and poor service. One of the most frustrating things is the price of the clothes, they are by no means cheap, but you buy them and often within a week the prices have been slashed by almost half the cost, this is due to the amount of releases they have for their so called collections each week! Oh and the collections as just a rehash of the same old design that each influencer claims as their own, all they do is add a different collar or change the colour or pattern. But you will notice the repetitive designs that go across the collections. Another issue is they offer a premium delivery service, this is supposed to be next day delivery if ordered before 10pm! Well don’t waste your money as they don’t arrive the next day, I asked for a refund for this service and was told no! Oh and this is the best bit, if you return items, because they are late, rubbish, ordered more that one size, ITS charge you 2.50 Out of the refund for the privilege, so you have to buy even more cheap nasty products from them. I’ve also found that discount codes issued by them also don’t work.

Their customer service is shocking! If you think Ryanair are bad, give these lovely lot a go! What really winds me up as well though is they employee people I used to love to follow on Instagram and now all they talk about is “my collection” I would not recommend this company. It is low grade tat, backed up by the fast turn over of said collections, the are disposable fashion at a high price, for your wallet and the environment! Steer clear. For what you spend you can get better quality and good customer service elsewhere. And only pick a company that allows reviews. There is a reason this company doesn’t and that all of the reasons above!

I ordered items which took over a week to come.. i have been waiting nearly 2 months and still havent recieved a refund. I have been unable to get any response from customer service and the online chat is never working.. never again will i order from in the style

Ordered on the 18th of October paid for next day delivery, 1 week later my parcel still hasn’t arrived. It’s impossible to get in touch with any customer service to get it sorted, tried the online chat, email even Twitter and no response.

I ordered a dress on 15/9 and I never recieved it I have sent 5 emails to customer service who replied twice despite me confirming addresses ect it is now 4 weeks later and still no dress or refund I would not recommend in the style

I ordered a chunky knit cardigan which did arrive quickly, however after wearing it twice the garment is already falling apart!!
I have filled in the online form, messaged them and emailed.. not a single person has come back to me!
Clearly quick at taking your money but lacking in customer service.
My advice would be to avoid avoid avoid

Bought a shirred dress … within half an hour of wearing 4 rows of the shirring came undone making the dress Loose all its structure and integrity

Was sent the wrong size in a dress I ordered. I have sent numerous emails, filled in the online form and tried to do the live chat which is not live as my queue position doesn't change. I am still waiting on a response! Love the collaborations they do but clothes not the best quality.

I have come on here as a last resort as I am getting no response from Customers Services. I have tried emailing them, completed the contact me form but no response so I tried live chat omg not exactly live. I have tried 3 times now and each time waited over half an hour and seem to get no further than position no2!!! They sent me the wrong item I have sent it back requesting a full refund. I have had confirmation from the Royal Mail they have received it but still not received my refund. I have read through the other reviews who have had similar experiences. Please do not use this company!!!

I don’t know how they trade.
It’s a second time they sent me a wrong item, getting hold of them to report it is even worse. Nobody gets back to you unless you make a lot of noise. In this case I ended up posting a post on their Facebook page!
They sent me 1 message and that was it.
I don’t know what’s happening, are they sending replacement? Am I getting a refund?

Customer service non existent- next to zero. With a capital “Z”.
You use all these celebrities to attract customers, but customer service and things like sending customers the items they ordered you are lacking.

Firstly the forgot to send my parcel and I had to email them to ask where it was. The next day I received a notification that it was going to be sent. Then when I tried to create a return label it didn’t come to my email. I emailed them a few times each time they replied the a random copy and paste email that wasn’t related to my problem. I tried the chat and customer service number neither are in use. Finally sent my return and the portal say that they received it on 5th July and I haven’t received a refund. The clothes weren’t great either. I won’t bother ordering from them again as it’s too much hassle.
Most other websites are a lot easier to use and less hassle!

I had to refund some items - they charge you a £2.50 handling fee on each package returned !!! If your item is inspected as they call it you then get the £2:50 credited to your account ???? As I had already three separate times I had three packages to go back and they refused to let me put them in one package so I was deducted £7.50

Now I’m sure this is hidden in there T&Cs But I have never come across any online clothing company in my entire life that charge you a handling fee and then don’t give you the money back - I don’t want a credit I want the money bakc

The second time I ordered from them my items didn’t arrive in the 24 hours! I had to wait five days to my item and was told but it’s because I’ve pre-ordered which I hadn’t because the items were all in stock, I asked for a compensated refund of the £8 I had paid and I was told that they didn’t offer that even though they had done what I paid for

I sent another item back it took them 18 days to give me my refund back and they have taken the wrong money and have taken £5 off me instead of the handling fee of £2.50 it’s now been seven days and they still haven’t replied to my email, now £2.50 is not a lot of money but when I’ve already taken £2.50 off me that means I’ve lost £5 on an item!!!

It’s a shame as I like the clothes - I wonder if all these celebs know how bad this company is

Are the celebrities you collaborate with aware of your awful customer service , returns and refund policies and lack of care of the financial difficulties you are putting customers through when they are waiting weeks and weeks for refunds? I have ordered the same dress 3 times ( Yes , I know I'm an idiot to let you dupe me three times) that you clearly don't have in stock and cannot ful fill the order so why do you keep putting up sizes that aren't available over and over again . I think In the Style ought to be investigated by Trading Standards. Are you holding onto refunds to bankroll you ? Appalling way to operate a business and I think celebrities like Stacey Solomon ought to think before putting their name to a things when loyal fans are being put out of pocket for weeks and the stress of not having emails responded too . Absolutely shameful.

Really good quality products love the collaborations they do. Have bought multiple items from them since they started and have never been disappointed had issues with one item of clothing and was very quick to get this sorted and provided a refund where needed. Brilliant customer service and always happy when a parcel arrives from them. Would highly recommend
