Avoid this company.
Bought an item 22 February. Still haven't received it. I'm continously in contact with customer service. All they ask is for my address. No other correspondence or updates on delivery. I want refund . Will never purchase from this company again

DO NOT ORDER FROM IN THE STYLE !!!

I ordered some items over two weeks ago - they were supposed to arrive within 3 days, didn’t receive until nearly a week later. Once received the fit was rubbish so have been trying to return them - the returns portal doesn’t work and customer service doesn’t respond.

Absolutely disgusting.

My full order still hasn’t arrived from an order placed on 4th March. Customer services aren’t replying via Email. Order says dispatched but no tracking??

Edit due to their response below - I have emailed both customer service email addresses (three times) and messaged on Instagram. So find it difficult to believe
that they have zero communication from me.
They have now replied with a tracking number for the one parcel that has arrived. Nothing about the other.

I want to return the whole order given the appalling service and I do not want to support this company, however their returns portal has now been taken down and I’m unable to return?

I didn’t have any dispatch emails or tracking numbers to let me know my order was on its way. I contacted the help page no response. Items finally arrived and the materials stunk of fish 🤮. Tried to create a return, the returns page doesn’t work. Awful awful awful online shopping experience. Will never buy from them again

Disgraceful, money scamming company. Purchased an order of £68 beginning of March. No tracking info so I reached out over Instagram and Corinne replied with an Evri tracking link, fine. Item arrived, albeit late, but they don’t fit so I am trying to process refund. Refund link on the website has been taken down and shaming server error, Instagram and life saver Corinne has just stopped replying and responding and I’ve had no emails back either. These people are stealing our hard earned money and with holding our parcels and money being returned. Absolutely disgraceful.

Corinne was very helpful & fast acting. I send a message about my return as I had heard nothing through emails. She organized my return very promptly. The money has not yet returned to my account but hopefully soon. As I know that can take a few days.

I can not return my order,getting silence,ignored from 3rd march,no comunication,my order was to large could someone get back to me,its not good guys terrible customer service dont order from here,will take it to a small claims court

Placed an order on 3rd of March and apart from a confirmation email to confirm my order I have heard nothing.
I have now emailed 4 times and sent a message through instagram, all of which have been ignored.
Extremely disappointed and frustrated

I've purchased from In the Style many times over the past few years however I placed an order on 5th March which I still haven't received. I have emailed twice to get the same response that my parcel has been dispatched but tracking unavailable. I have sent a message on Instagram with no reply. Not sure how they are getting away with accepting orders without fulfilling them.....and the clothes I have ordered are now advertised at 50% off. They can update their website but not their existing orders/customers?
So frustrating I really need this order before 20th March!!

Would have been 0 stars for In the Style, except for Ariana’s help in getting my orders returned and refunded for me.

It was a very stressful situation regarding 3 different orders for my bridesmaid dresses and getting different information from different members of staff.

Two of my orders never arrived. After over a week of getting different information from different people about my orders, I eventually got the money refunded for both orders. I will not order from inthestyle again, which is a shame as I already have 2 of my bridesmaid dresses, but I wanted to thank Ariana for her help, as by the end of the week Ariana got all of this sorted for me, so 5 stars for Arian but do not recommend buying.

1 star for ITS however 5 star for Corinne for realising that we are clearly all being scammed here and processing a refund for me. Thank you, thank you,thank you!!! It was 196e I was owed and caused so much stress as did not think would see the money again. For anyone else please try Insta and hopefully you get Corinne

Places an order 2 weeks ago. Received the confirmation email, but my order still hasn’t been dispatched. Judging by the other reviews and comments they seem to taking payments/orders from customers but not sending the orders out?! How can they be getting away with this?

As with many others recently I have placed an order but have had no communication since despite emailing several time. Quick enough to take the money but then cannot fulfill the order. Have used many times before but did not realise all the issues that are arising. Please never order even if you are a repeat customer they are not fulfilling orders and just taking peoples money

Ordered and my order is still yet to be dispatched. Emailed customer service numerous times, even tried twitter and instagram and still waiting for a reply. I’ve seen so many more people in the same boat. Why are they still accepting orders if they aren’t going to fulfil them?? Please advise if and when my order will dispatch otherwise I’m going to do a charge back.

I’ve been using Inthestyle for years with little to no issues. I placed an order on 05.03.2025 and still nothing. Chased customer services and then got an order update email but not yet dispatched. Placed another order on 07.03.2025 and again nothing have chased and nothing again. I also have the benefit of free next day delivery but they no longer have this as an option what is going on?

I sent two parcels back over two weeks ago, I received an email saying I will get a refund but nothing!! It’s over £100 and I have contacted customer service many times.

Looks like we have all been scammed with the same thing! I placed an order on 4th March. Never received a dispatch email or any tracking details. I contacted them and ‘Dan’ replied saying their tracking system is down, keeps saying that it was dispatched on the same date that I placed the order which is rubbish as it was after 4pm that I placed the order, and I should wait a bit longer. Clearly a stalling technique! Now won’t issue a refund. I paid with Klarna so hopefully I can raise a dispute with them and get it refunded. DO NOT ORDER!!

I would happily give no stars if it would let me!! Placed an order on the 9th march still haven’t received my order no dispatch email nothing I have messaged twice to get no reply back absolutely appalling I wish I had read reviews before ordering!! I want a refund if you’d would reply to my emails!! Shocking

Ordered over £90 worth of items on the 5th March. Have contacted customer service who replied asking for my order number which I have done and still no reply or update as to where my items are. Very concerned I won’t get my items and not only that I needed them for my birthday Sunday so very disappointed I haven’t received them.
