Clearly false advertising!

Clearly false advertising!! Paid for the vip memver deal to get next day delivery on a birthday gift. However even though they advertise next day delivery they no.longer offer it. But will happily take people's money for next day delivery membership. Also they no.longer respond to emails or contact via the Web chat option.

Our delivery subscription service is for UK Standard and Next day delivery. We do offer a ND service although we did have some technical issues where we were unable to ship orders out on a next day service. This has now been resolved and we are now back to shipping orders on both Standard and Next day services.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I've only ever ordered twice and both times I've had to chase for a refund after waiting the 14 days since they confirmed they received back! This time they are asking questions they already have the answers for! Still, I have provided all the required information and still no refund or reply to emails!!
Terrible Customer Service. Will not be shopping here ever again.

1 week later order not even been shipped

Ordered 4th March over £80 worth of products and order hasn’t even been shipped. Very dissapointing first and last time shopping with Inthestyle!

Edit to reply to response, I have forwarded the email (which would have been very easy to find) to Rebecca and still had no response. Another member of the ITS team responded to say they cannot provide tracking details due to a technical error. Not sure what technical error would cause them to be unable to provide tracking details from an external provider. Will never use again and have logged a chargeback with my bank.

Made an order on the 4th March and have…

Made an order on the 4th March and have received confirmation of this and the money has been taken however there has been no further communication. I have emailed customer services 3 times now for an update on the item to be told this can not be tracked but should be with me soon, even though this has not even been dispatched yet. After some googling I am now seriously concerned that I will get my item or money back.

Update - 14th March. I have still not recieved my order or any indication where this is. I just keep getting told that they are unable to track items. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am going to contact my bank and try to get my money back.

DO NOT USE

Used in the past with no problems but now can’t return a hideous pair of jeans and no one will respond to emails. Knowing what I know now where they have ripped off collaborators the jeans are now in the bin as wouldn’t even give away for free they are that bad. Avoid using if there is a chance you need to return. I will never use again!

No next day delivery and no customer service phone number

Ordered £127 worth of clothes which guaranteed free next day delivery as over £100. I also purchased the years next day delivery pass prior to that for £12.99. I ordered on 06/03/2024. Midday on 07/03/2024 I emailed the customer service response team enquiring where my purchases are, I also did a live chat, as such 08/03/2024 still no response to either or my purchases turning up! I shall update this review accordingly!

Update 12/03/2025 7 days after ordering next day delivery - delivery still not been dispatched. Had a response from Ariana completely ignoring my request for a refund and ignoring me asking to escalate this further. Rebecca please can you ensure this is dealt with accordingly?

DO NOT ORDER. I have used ITS for years but something has clearly happened over the last couple of weeks as I am in the same boat as many others I didn't receive an order number and therefore cannot return my item I have contacts customer services three times. I am now reading that their staff and collaborators haven't been paid and people either cannot return orders or are not receiving them big red flag for the future of in the style!!

Use this company with caution

When I tried to return a dress, the returns portal would not recognise my details. Contacted customer service via the contact form at least 3 times but no response. Finally got a response via instagram when I commented on a public post about it. A helpful person sent me a link to return which was straight forward enough. However, the link they sent still took off money for returning despite the absolute nonsense it took to return the item. Zero customer service skills and a poorly functioning company. First and last time using it.

Do not order

Always ordered from here, recently ordered and over 4 days later items still haven’t been despatched and no answer from customer service. They are quick to take your money, but very poor at sending out goods at the moment.

A company clearly gone downhill

Always ordered from In the Style, never had an issues but clearly what's going on there is now affecting customers as well as the poor employees. Placed an order for an item for a funeral on Monday during office hours, had next day delivery. However 2 days later and it's not even been dispatched and no communication from customer services on email or Instagram.

Absolute terrible customer service I…

Absolute terrible customer service I have gone back and forth for weeks trying to get a refund I was entitled too doing everything they could not to refund me and im not name shaming the colleague but they really couldn’t of cared less for helping me and give me the run around for weeks to the point I won’t be shopping at in the style ever again. But then I got a lady called Ariana who listened to me and responded quickly and solved my issue straight away and she was amazing. If only I had her at the first point of contact my experience would have been so much better! Thankyou Ariana ⭐️

Terrible customer service no reply’s

I would give less than 1 star if I could! Terrible customer service made and order didn’t get any confirmation emails or delivery updates order finally got delivered and it doesn’t fit, can’t return as I have no order number! I have contacted them twice on there page and twice through email over a week ago and still no reply. I would never order with them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Paid and not recieved

I paid for premium delivery for the year.
When trying to order again, it has asked me to pay for delivery again. This should be free as I already paid for a whole year. However, there is no option to use my premium membership. Lucky for me, this is only a £7 loss, still a loss.
now, seeing on the news loads of people who work there aren't being paid, I can imagine I will not be seeing that back.

I Would AVOID at all costs.

I had a slight issue with one of my orders. I’ve ordered from in the style a few times and had no issues so I contact customer service via Instagram. I spoke with Corinne and she was the nicest most polite person ever! She got everything sorted for me and escalated everything so quickly! Missing order - ignored by Customer Services

I placed an order on the 10th of February. I received an email confirmation immediately and, shortly after, another email to say my order had been dispatched. It said the delivery time frame was 2-3 days.

On the 15th of February, when my order had not arrived I referred back to the dispatch email to see if there was any tracking info to see where the parcel was. Unfortunately, the tracking link in the dispatch email did not work so I emailed ITS Customer Services. Someone called Luke replied to say that my package had been delivered on the 12th.
It had not been delivered.

I emailed back to say that I didn't have the package and asked for some more information. On the 17th February, he replied with a working Royal Mail Tracking link that meant I could view a photo 'proof of delivery'. From the picture, it looks as though the parcel has been left in a shed with lots of tools.
I do not have a shed. Wherever the parcel has been left - it is not on my property.

I have emailed Luke back to explain this and ask how they can help me find the package - I asked if there were any further details he could give (sometimes DPD and Evri can give you a pin on a map to where it was left) and he emailed back to say that he had 'raised an investigation' with the courier and would come back to me in 72 hours.
He did not.

I have not heard back from In The Style since.

I emailed again on the 20th to ask if they had heard back from the courier with information as to where my parcel was. Explaining again that it is not at my home, the picture shows a shed and I do not have a shed. I asked them to resolve my issue or refund me. No reply.

I emailed again on the 25th, asking for a refund. I have not received my order. Plain and simple. They could have sent me a replacement which I would have happily accepted but now I just want my money back.

It seems they are happy to reply until they realise there is a problem and when its clear a refund is due they prefer to ignore you.

It's a shame as I liked this company. I thought they were one of the good guys but it seems that they are a dishonest company with poor customer service who choose to ignore you when a real issue arises.

If I don't hear back from them today I will be contacting my back to see if a chargeback is possible and I certainly won't be using them again.
