Returns portal has been down and you're unable to contact anyone about it. They say they have a live chat but they don't. You send an email and theres no acknowledgement of it. I need to return something before the return window closes but it just keeps saying my order doesn't exist or and error message.

Like many others, I’ve been told the Returns portal is down, however there must be something else going on. I’m expected to pay to return my parcel which will be more than the usual £2.50 they charge. What an absolute joke.

My daughter has been trying for over a week to arrange a returns, as the ITS returns portal is not working. I can see that there are many people with the same issues. Both my daughter & myself have emailed several times and not had any response what's so ever. It's absolutely disgusting that a company of that size doesn't care about their customers. My daughter doesn't earn a lot so buying herself something is a treat & now that money is lost.

I ordered jeans from another business without realising they were In The Style. If I'd realised I wouldn't have ordered. I was able to send the return back to ITS, and it was received at the warehouse on 1/3. Since then there has been no communication and I've not been refunded. I've emailed multiple times, reached out on social media, filled in the online form. It's not a huge expense, maybe £30, but it's not like I can sell the jeans to get some money back as they have the jeans now! They're also still selling those jeans on their website. But not acknowledging that they've not refunded me!!!! Shocking business. I knew it was on its way downhill but didn't realise it wasn't even refunding customers! Gobsmacked at how it can just ignore customers but still be trading. Madness!

ITS has my return but has not refunded!
Return was received by them on the 22nd Feb. I should have received my refund within 14 days of this. It is now 31 days and nothing. Same generic copy paste response to many reviews here should give you an idea of how little they care.

I have been emailing ITS for a week now regarding returning a parcel and have received absolutely nothing back. I have reached out on all social media platforms and still nothing. I can clearly see hundreds of people are experiencing the same thing, which is truly disgusting, there is absolutely no "customer service" as no one responds to you! I'm going to be at a great loss due to this horrendous company. I will never ever order from them again and would never recommend them to even my worst enemy.
Getting a very very bad name for yourself ITS...

Avoid placed 3 ordered and have received 2 one still not been delivered even though they said it has been! The other 2 orders came with no delivery note or any details on how to return, I downloaded there app to place a return through that and it just keeps saying error! So far over a week and I have emailed and sent numerous messages and no response at all! If I manage to get these orders returned I will never shop here again customer service is non existent

No returns portal. I’ve tried several email addresses and nobody has responded. My order was quite big and I have a lot to return which means I will be at a loss very soon.

I have been constantly emailing customer service about an order I have not received, the tracking shows parcel delivered but the door in picture is not my door and the parcel in the picture looks like an Amazon parcel not a in the style package! I have had no response from anyone tried phoning number not taking calls, this was a £124 order!

I have been trying to return and order to ITS for a week now to no avail. Returns portal has been “down” the entire time and I have had no responses to my emails or Instagram messages. Looking into this further it would appear that Im not the only one experiencing this with ITS which is concerning as these people also all seem to be being ignored!! Surely they can’t be getting away with this?!?! Where is the “customer service” and why have ITS essentially just decided to ghost their clients? Retuning items is a customer right and I will not be held accountable for going over the 14 day period due to the issues rising from ITS. If anyone from ITS does in fact read this review I would appreciate as response and a resolve to the matter - as i’m sure many more people would as well!

I have not received any help regarding my issue of not being able to return a parcel for weeks now! ITS have conveniently closed down their returns portal meaning you cannot generate a returns label for a refund! Instead, they expect you to pay for postage using Royal Mail or any other service and return the parcel to them with a note inside explaining that you would like a refund!! How medieval is that?? They are scamming their customers and no one is willing to help me! "Rebecca and Luke" have been zero help!!

Returns portal doesnt work and hasnt for a while by the looks of things.
I am now left out of pocket and have items that are no good to me!
Dont answer any emails, tried to contact on soical media no response!
AVOID!!!!!!!

My order arrived promptly however one item was completely different to what I ordered. I want to return most of my order but unable to as returns portal is down, and no response to my email?! Avoid shopping with them, I wish I’d checked here first.

Received order, unable to return it as the returns portal doesn't work on their website. No response from several emails I've sent. Read they've gone bankrupt so save your money and DON'T place any orders with them. Can't believe they've still got their website up and running, still taking people's money.

Corinne was so very helpful! She organised my refund so promptly. She was so kind and understanding. Corinne is very professional and has fantastic customer service experience. I would highly recommend inthestyle 5 star 🌟

No communication from the company regarding parcel when I contacted the company to see what was going on i was told the parcel was "delivered" and because it was longer than 10days ago theres nothing they can do... total scam! Did not receive parcel or refund! Absolutely disgusting money grabbers!

Shocking. Deliver says 3-5 days and it took over a week. Then I couldn't track as their system was down. Then I eventually found the parcel in my back garden thrown over my fence sat in the rain 2 days later! Tracking still down. I unpacked and one of the items sent was the wrong item. I logged on to return and their returns portal is down and returns an error!
Definitely will not be using again!

I purchased x2 dresses in different sizes. I tried to return using In The Styles return link. I was advised by customer service due to the there being a fault in their system they would not be generation return labels on behalf of the customer. This was now my responsibility to pay the full cost of the return (not the £2.50 stipulated with their terms and conditions). I have escalated my complaint, chased several times to be ignored.
They do not adhere to their own terms and conditions and refuse to accept responsibility of their own systems failures resulting in the customer being left out of pocket.
