I posted a review previously but I want to post another to reflect my whole experience. I ordered £250 worth of items on 5.3.2025 and used standard delivery 3-5 days, I did not receive any dispatch or tracking information. On 10.3.25 I reached out via the customer service portal to get an update. They responded and asked me to give it a couple of days and the items have been dispatched. By 15.3.25, there was still no items. I was emailing, marking emails as urgent but got absolutely 0 reply. The items were finally delivered on 18.3.25, conveniently in the style then replied on 19.3.25 to say items were delivered. I replied with a negative review of the service.
Then came trying to process a return. Again, conveniently, the returns portal was ‘down’ so I was asked by customer service to send my items back and pay for my own return. I did ask for this to be refunded, this was refused because ITS don’t do free return, there’s a £2.50 admin fee however my return wasn’t £2.50. I sent it tracked as at this point I lost all trust with the company and saw plenty of reviews where people were waiting weeks/months for refunds. The return cost me £8.50!! ITS refused to refund me.
I sent the items back, after a week, no response or acknowledgment. Then after 10 days, klarna processed the return as I got proof of postage and that ends the journey.
The only thing I can say is thank GOD I used klarna and got proof of return as without that, I would be £208.50 down and ITS couldn’t care less.
The whole process from order to refund has taken over a month. The customer service is appalling, they take days/weeks to reply and are not willing to help customers at all.
I find it hilarious how they’re replying to reviews, even mine, claiming there’s been no contact received via their customer service! I can tell you now, I sent 8 emails, DM via twitter (no response at all) and a 2 DMs over Instagram.
I truly feel for all the staff whose jobs are impacted however the service needs to stop operating. The stress, treatment of customers and financial implications on customers is shocking. I will not be ordering from ITS again and I have told all friends and family not to as well.
Such a shame as ITS used to be an excellent company! How the mighty have fallen…
Really panicking been trying to return something for days and return portal is down, I've popped an email over but I'm terrified I can't afford to loose the money! Please help order ITSSL-733135
Update - responded to email and told me to return at my own expense, which is going to be ridiculous as it was a big order. Asked if anything else can be done. Also concerned I will return and not get refunded? Will update.
Update - sent my parcel back at a cost of over £9 did it recorded delivery and they have definitely received it on 12/04/25 because they had to sign for it. Will update if I receive my refund
I ordered a dress and paid next day delivery. It did not arrive for 4 days to which I had no confirmation of delivery. It was only after I contacted customer services 3 times that I learnt it had been delivered and hidden in the garden. The returns portal was not working so I had to pay to have the dress sent back. I would avoid this company at all costs, the quality was awful as well!!

The dresses were too long but they were gorgeous. Corrine and Beth responded to me via email and Instagram quickly considering they probably have so many emails after sadly the company went into administration. I hope this all resolved for the company mainly the people who work there as they were polite quick and responsive. Thank you for being prompt wish the workers all the best.

The customer service is honestly amazing! I ordered a few things and their sizings are actually amazing! The only issue i had was the trouser’s i ordered had come in the wrong colour which i was really gutted about, sent a message to customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Luke, he was on it so quickly to try and fix the problem for me and was so polite and amazing! Already considering my next order due to such a pleasant experience! Thank you so so much for your help Luke, stay you x

I ordered online from here and I’m trying to return items but I have been told that I have to arrange the return myself as they can’t facilitate their normal return facility.
This is not advertised on the website and I wouldn’t have ordered if this was the case.
This is going to be expensive and I don’t know why they expect people to fork out for returns WHEN THIS IS NOT ADVERTISED. It’s the £2.50 fee that is normally charged. I had to pay £8.50 to return.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Awful. Again, another problem with the returns. Only managed to contact them through PayPal as I raised an issue and I’ve been told to organise my own return. Two reasons I am not happy about this 1) it will be expensive 2) I don’t trust i will ever get my money back. AVOID!!

I had received the wrong item and after contacting customer services, I got a quick response from Luke who dealt with my issue very prompt. I am very grateful for this and can’t thank Luke enough for a great customer experiences.

Returns portal down as the same with many other people's recent comments here.
I was advised by ITS to arrange my own return, obviously costing more than their £2.50 admin fee they usually deduct. In fact cost me nearly £20 to return the parcel with insurance as was over £200 worth of clothes. Was told by an advisor to provide receipt of return for a refund of the postage. Then when I sent this they said they wouldn't refund it!!! So I am paying for nearly £20 for returns for a service that normally costs £2.50, because their returns portal isn't working. In what planet does this seem reasonable and fair? I have put a formal complaint in and will be going to trading standards if not revolved and suggest anyone who is having the same issue does the same. Absolutely disgusting company.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Wish I had read reviews on here before ordering. I am wanting to return a coat and a pair of trousers. Return portals keeps saying error there is no contact number, I have tried contacting them through website twice now and no response so customer service is virtually non existent. Terrible how are they even allowed to continue being in business if they are robbing people’s money. What a con site!

Any reviews above a 1 star are fake. I placed my order 5 weeks ago. I have sent a series of emails no response. No one you can speak to the whole website is a con and should be shut down !

I’ve never written a bad review of a company before but felt compelled to do so to warn others that if you have a problem with your order, you’re likely going to end up with a headache! It is a shame as having ordered with them once before, I thought it was a legitimate company and the item was nice. However, The customer service is terrible and is not consistent, and the way they treat enquiries makes it extremely difficult to get anywhere if you do have a problem.
On 2nd February 2025, I placed an order with In the Style and paid for next day delivery to a parcel shop. This did not arrive the next day. After a few days the order was still showing on EVRI tracking as “We’re expecting your parcel”. I was disappointed as I ordered this for a trip away and it hadn’t come.
I later contacted In the Style via email about the order and received no contact back for multiple days. Due to this, I contacted them on Instagram only to be told that every time I contacted them, my enquiry was pushed further down the list and so it would take longer to get a reply, which seems ridiculous.
Eventually someone got in touch via email who stated that EVRI had lost the parcel (this doesn’t appear to be the truth when even now 8 weeks later EVRI tracking still states that they’re “expecting my parcel”) They asked if I wanted a refund or the item. I had another occasion coming up that I wanted the dress for and so asked for it to be delivered to the parcel shop next day only to be told it had to come to my home address and that I needed to provide this. I provided this on 21st February and when I received no reply or my order, I followed up with a further email on 24th of February, only to again be met with no reply or my order. That meant two occasions I bought the dress to wear at had been missed.
I’ve reached out again to In the Style, but almost 8 weeks after placing my order I’m not hopeful I’ll ever see my money back or the dress I ordered.

So I am stuck with a pair of trousers they sent wrong size. Trying to get hold of them for days by email and sent message of their site. No telephone number. Can't return as saying cannot find order on their site. I wouldn't even give 1 star. They don't reply and you can't contact them. Disgraceful do not order from them

It is impossible to place a return without contacting customer support.
Firstly, they provide no order tracking.
All links on their website that should lead to their returns page are broken
Returns portal leads to an error/is down.
The link they provide in their email leads to a form that simply said 'We're unable to find your order'.
Unfortunately it's just not acceptable to not allow your customers to process a return.
