I ordered an item, it doesn’t fit and so it needs returning. I go onto their website and to the returns portal, fill out the details and I get an error message - I try several times over a week and the same error message comes up, as well as using their contact form telling them their portal doesn’t work, and messaging them on Instagram, and they still haven’t contact me back. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you cannot return an item. They’ve taken my money and are ignoring me.
Do not order from them, it’s a terrible company and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Absolute scammers! Happy to take your money very quickly yet there’s no way of returning items! I wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered because it appears the problem with their portal has been going on for months! I cannot understand how a business can happily take your money but give you absolutely no way to return your items if they are not suitable! I wouldn’t need to return my huge order if the sizing wasn’t so all over the place! But I cannot afford to lose £105 because a well known and established business has lost the ability to take returns? Thankfully I did pay using PayPal and I have now raised a dispute with them so hopefully PayPal are successful in getting a response from this useless company!!!
I am trying to return my items but the links are broken and I keep getting error messages. I have emailed and messaged on Instagram but no response yet. I really wish I saw the reviews before purchasing because I have a feeling they will try to get me to pay for my own return which isn’t acceptable. Just constantly ignore messages, the returns portal is broken so you can’t return anything. I returned to their address as advised by financial independence services and they have just not responded at all and I have no information about if my return has even been recieved. Do not buy from here, look at all the other reviews, I think they’re going into administration and they just don’t care.
Good reviews are fake
This company is going down the drain and trying to take everyone’s money with them, they still owe me over £120 worth of refunds from items sent back in FEBRUARY!! Customer service tell you to cancel the bank refund claim and they’ll refund you, this never happens so don’t do it! Disgrace of a company and I’ll never use again after being a loyal customer for years. You only have to look at how they treated their staff and collaborators to see what kind of company they are! Do not spend your money here, you’ll never see it again!!

The customer care representative was Luke. He was efficient, clear and concise. He also was apologetic regarding my issue, even though it was a courier error. Dealt with my issue quickly and is going to contact Evri directly on my behalf to request the possibility of compensation. Very happy with the service.
Returned several items from order number ITSSL-733756 nearly a month ago, however I have not recieved a refund up to now.
On the same day I returned items from boohoo however I got my refund within 14 days.
I am disappointed with this company as I was a loyal customer for 5years and never had any issue before.

Tried returning an item and the return portal was down. Spoke to an advisor who stated to return it via courier and they would then refund me the fees.
However after I sent it back they are now going back on there word and are not returning my fee, which now means I have paid out more than there £2.50 return fee!!

It took me 1 week to get a response of a returns address. It cost me £5.50 to return with Evri, but ITS won’t refund this even though it’s over the £2.50 they normally deduct for returns! Companies house has an administration applied, so sadly I think after Adam left and was forced into silence, this company (that I have bought from for many years) doesn’t pay its celebrities and has gone completely down the pan. Avoid.
*Regular customer of nearly 10 years* Ready to turn some items and the returns portal is down for days. Contact customer service they said to just send via Royal Mail and they don't deduct admin fees. I asked what about when the cost of returning the items outweighs the £2.50 can I have a refund. They told me no. So spent over £4 sending the items back due to no fault of my own with no consideration of subsidising this from the company. Never ever had such an experience with a company before today. Since being taken over they've become a joke
In the style has always been my favourite website to shop from but I will never order from there again. I have next day delivery on my account, i placed an order to see next day wasn’t even an option anymore with no communication of this. My order then arrived after around 2 weeks, the event i wanted the clothes for had passed so i no longer needed them. I tried to return and the portal didn’t work, contacted via email to be told to return myself which cost me £3.95 i was told this wont be refunded- unsure how this is fair due to their portal been down we should receive a refund for anything over the £2.50. I was then assured the £2.50 wont be deducted on top when retuned and shock just received my refund with the £2.50 deducted. An absolute farce from start to finish, avoid!!!
I'm having the worst experience with In the Style's customer support.
It has been over 3 weeks since I originally contacted them about my return - their portal was down, their website had (and still has) broken links on info pages for returns.
Then, when the portal was back up, I was getting an error and still unable to create a return.
I had no reply from them despite multiple attempts to contact them, other than when they publicly replied to another negative I left, saying ' they have no record of any correspondence from me'.
Please avoid this company.
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans and am unable to return them as I've had no response from customer services after a number of attempts and returns portal is always down.

I placed 3 separate orders in March which I did not receive Iv had to email a number of times to there customer service before I even got a reply when I finally got a response it was basic and unhelpful iv had to contact the courier myself also more than once.
I didn't receive or sign for the orders or give permission for them to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour so I understand that this is down to the courier however the level of customer service from in the style iv found to be terrible, lazy, unhelpful and blunt short replys and I'm having to still constantly chase this up as I'm still without my orders and I'm out of pocket by around 200 pounds the courier has got back to me last week apologising and told me they have informed the company of the missing parcels and in the style keep saying they haven't heard back from courier so I'm just going in circles at this point.
A shame but I wouldn't recommend in the style and I wouldn't shop with them again purely because of the customer service or lack of should I say!
