I ordered a blazer which was too large. I attempted to return the item through the returns portal but an error message kept coming up. I then contacted In The Style numerous times via their online hub and via email to request support in returning the item. I did not get a response but randomly got an email from Evri with a return QR code (so obviously my messages had been received). I returned the item using QR code but have not received my refund despite attempting to contact In The Style several times. Still no responses or any acknowledgement of receipt of my item. Planning to report to HMRC and Trading Standards Office if I do not hear back by the end of the week. Order details: ITSSL-742377

I received my order from in the style, after trying on the clothes and deciding they did not look right for me. I have then made numerous attempts on different phones to try and access the returns portal and return these items for an error message to be shown every time. I am mindful that there is a 14 day returns policy and I am unable to return these items from no fault of my own. I have sent emails, instagram messages and tweets trying to contact in the style about this issue for me to just be ignored. I am now potentially £100 out of pocket for something that is not my fault.
Do not recommend ordering from this clothing range.

I’m giving 5 starts as Ariana redeemed my initial experience/worries and restored my faith in the company. After a lot of concern that I would not be able to return items when the return portal failed to give a return method multiple times, Ariana responded to my emails and rectified the issue promptly by creating new return labels and sending to me directly with stepwise instructions on what to do next, this was easy and problem free. Thank you Ariana xx
I ordered from In The Style for my hen do outfit, unfortunately it wasn’t quite what I was looking for when it arrived, so I returned (quality and sizing of item was great). I couldn’t generate the return code for some reason so I emailed customer service and Dan sorted it out so quickly, had created my return label and was sorted very quickly. Once my return was received I hadn’t heard anything back, again spoke to Dan at customer service and he sorted it out instantly, processed the return and it was back in my account within 24 hours. Massive thanks to Dan for sorting everything out for me.
Avoid this company!! Purchased 2 tops came quick didn't fit so returned. That was 30th April when they received my parcel and i am still waiting today 29th may for my money back. Ive sent loads of messages tried to contact them and been ignored so am now £50 quid out of pocket!!!

I returned a parcel and the courier lost it so I never received my refund but I emailed In The Style and Dan quickly resolved my issue and I received my refund promptly. Impressed with the quick response and willingness to action my problem. Thank you ☺️

Update - almost three months on and still no refund. Customer services are not replying and I have an ongoing complaint via resolver however they are not replying to those either. If you have any sense DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SHAM.
Re order ITSSL-738003 and . ITSSL-737652 Customer service is dreadful. Refunds are non existent. I have emailed, complained, waited and still waiting for my refunds. Don’t order from this company if you’re expecting a good service. And please if you are reading this review ITS dont comment on here, email me directly. Sick and tired. 8 weeks and still waiting. Am now going to make a claim legally for my money.

Delivery came quickly, and I had an item to return.
After 3 weeks (standard being 14 days) I had received no contact from In The Style or my refund.
Their FAQs directed me to a Contact Us page - got in touch and was ignored for another week.
Saw on Trust Pilot that the best way to get a response was via Instagram so I tried that.
Thank goodness for Corinne - quick to respond, sorted my issue within 24 hours and I had had my refund confirmed.
Can't say I would be in a hurry to order from In The Style again after the overall experience, however Corinne was excellent, polite and very helpful.
I had been having an issue sorting my return through the portal but managed to email and got through to Ariana, she was very helpful and resolved my issue by sorting a Evri return herself and sending me the details to include in my return.
I had very good customer service care with a man called Dan extremely polite and helpful definitely recommend them

Returns portal wasn't working, sent a message on the website and I was sent a returns email to take the parcel to an evri drop point.
Still no refund and still no response to my email!!!

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I bought 2 pairs of the same jeans in different sizes to try on. First of all they are both different styles and different material so not what I ordered. The sizing is completely off and doesn’t measure to what they claim. Now that I’m trying to return the items to get a refund the returns portal is not working. I’ve tried on various devices to ensure it wasn’t me doing something wrong but nope it’s useless. I’ve also tried emailing them directly and I’ve had no response whatsoever and I have a funny feeling I won’t be hearing anything either. Money gone down the drain so this is the first and last time I will be using this company.
Avoid that all cost, they don’t reply for days when you asked to return the item. The return portal is broken so you can’t do it yourself. been in contact with them for two weeks and still no clear reply. I won’t be bothered normally but it’s over £500 worth of clothes that I need to return and they just simply don’t care. Do not buy from them as you cannot return any of the items worst customer service and clearly the five side of views are fake

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they have my return and will not assist in my refund, they just wont help even though they ask for info, IE tracking proof of delivery hoping you don't have this info then tell you they not going to help, AVOID SCAMMERS DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, read there many bad reviews if you have doubts, 1 review a day until i get my money.
Returned item over 2 weeks ago and still heard nothing after emailing 5 times no one replies. What a terrible company wish id have read the reviews before ordering. Avoid like the plague.
I returned 4 parcels and 1 went missing. I received a refund for the ones that got back to them but when they have issued my refund for my missing parcel containing £240 worth of dresses they haven’t refunded me for 1 of items. I ordered 2 of the same size of the same dress (bridesmaid dresses) but they have only issued a refund for 1. I returned all as I didn’t keep any as they weren’t suitable and it baffles me why they haven’t refunded all items when the parcel went missing with Evri and all the items were in it. I’ve contacted them and no answer. I’ve had previous communication and that was few and far between to get the other refunds which eventually came nearly 3 weeks after my returns reached them. I will continue to email them as be persistent as i am £65 short like they assume we don’t need this money.
Never had such a bad experience with a company like this. Will definitely not be buying from these again.
Update…
I contacted a company called Resolver and put in a complaints form via them yesterday and today I’ve had a email reply from in the style with my refund details and also a message via Resolver to sort it. Worth a look for others
