Gone into administration???

Really starting to panic now over order my bridesmaids dresses off this website no dispatch email no answer from socials no answer from emails also tried calling +44-161-641-4801 and it now doesn’t exist I’ve heard they are gone into administration.. really poor service

Awful service/delayed refund

Awful service, still waiting for refund. Returned items using the QR code sent to me and received an email confirming that my items had been received and the refund processed back on 24 May. After numerous emails to and from their customer service team, still no resolution. Each email appears to ignore the previous and circles through asking for information already provided. So frustrated and no where nearer to my £270 refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I am losing the will to live with this…

I am losing the will to live with this company. I ordered some bridesmaid dresses for my best friend's wedding and my return STILL hasn't come back to me & it was submitted in Mid-May. I have been messaging on Instagram & via email and I have no response. PLEASE COME BACK TO ME ASAP. This company is a farce - sort your customers refunds out & STOP taking orders.

Should have all red reviews. The return portal isn’t working and no one responding on customer service. Why is the website still up and functioning if it’s in such a mess? Stop the website and paid ads and close the doors!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Returns portal does not work and…

Returns portal does not work and inthestylr are incredibly difficult to get hold of. Have contacted twice on their website with no response and I need to return an order. Not worth the stress, don't bother ordering.

STILL NO REFUND!

STILL NO REFUND!
It’s nearing 2 weeks since I returned my order ITSSL-743911 and still no confirmation of the order being received by in the style and no refund! I gave this company benefit of the doubt after reading bad reviews, but wish I’d taken the negative reviews more seriously! I’m £67 down and am wondering if I ever will receive my money back! Appalling customer service! Were very helpful in getting me a returns label as the portal was down but since the items have been returned the company has gone radio silence!

Returns error! Praise to Ariana

Firstly, thank you to Ariana for issuing my refund efficiently, despite Evri having lost my returns parcel. That one star is for you and you only.
In the style as a whole has been an extremely difficult experience. Firstly, the returns portal does not work, countless correspondence to ITS was unanswered in assisting me with my returns until I opened up a dispute through PayPal (as my chosen payment method at the time of purchase), only then I had a response, slow response but was able to have a returns label emailed to me. Same day delivery done with Evri as there chosen courier, to then have my parcel misplaced, unable to locate its whereabouts. Several frustrating emails later with Evri and ITS it was Araina who took the time to deal with my complaint and assist me with a refund. Thank you

Absolutely shocking customer service returned an item over a month ago ordered through boohoo still waiting for the refund just getting no where with either site I definitely won’t be ordering again!

Shocking Customer Service for Returns

I returned two dresses and didn't get a refund. Emailed many times and still got no response until I sent another & said I was doing a charge back via my Bank to get my money back! Finally got a response from Dan who processed the refund. I will never order from them again..... So would definitely NOT recommend!
@Megan I was initially told by Dan the refund had been processed, waited another week & still nothing in my account so messaged again & Dan replied yesterday saying an error had occurred whilst processing so he had done it again! Hopefully this will arrive in my account in the next few days…if not I’ll definitely be emailing again! Shocking service!

Returns system

I really appreciate Arianna’s help in my returns query she was very good and quick with her responses.
However the website for in the style is very poor and very frustrating for the customers who want to make returns this will put me off ordering from the in the style in future as the returns process is not smooth and having to email the team takes long.

Dan in customer service was excellent

3 stars because the returns portal on your website is down and I couldn’t get my return done which was a pain. however Dan at ITS customer service was excellent in fixing it and made me my own returns label without me having to do a think so for that reason, Dan has got ITS another star.
