I had an item I purchased from Boohoo and had to email them for a return. The lady that responded to me was very quick and helpful. Thanks for making my return quick and easy!

I ordered bridesmaid dresses , and had to return some I had no luck online atal but with help Ariana, she helped me get the refund that I needed , Thankyou ever so much !!

Do not purchase from them, awful service! I am unable to return items purchased from in the style direct and from boohoo. I have had no response and have contacted them twice requesting returns label etc...

Ariana was amazing, really responsive and sorted my issue asap

Absolutely shocking. I no longer believe this is a legit company after trying to get my refund since May (it’s now July). They email with ridiculous claims of attempted refunds that have ‘failed’ but this is clearly an excuse. I believe this company are scamming people. Customer service is a joke I had same conversation with some many different people. I get emails to say refund is being processed when it is not this has been going on too long now and I am in contact of my bank to relate as a scam. I would not trust this company at all!! Avoid at all costs. I’ve even wrote to the complaints emails and they haven’t even responded.

Dresses purchased through Debenhams which are no longer required I emailed on the 17th July and am still awaiting an email back to start my return.

Shockingly bad quality. I bought 2 dresses in the sale, both were faulty. Unfortunately I didn’t wear them straight away, so by the time I noticed, I was unable to return, but they should never have been sold. One of the dresses had the straps sown in the wrong place, so Completely unwearable the other dress the strap fell off as soon as I put it on. Please double check all your items when they arrive, especially sale items. I did reach out to In the Style, but they weren’t very helpful.

I ordered some Bridesmaid dresses in different styles and sizes so knew I was going to be returning some.
After going through the refund process I didn't have much look going through the portal, however I emailed the customer service and Ariana was very helpful! She sorted the whole refund for me and sent me the QR code so it was really easy for me to sort.
Ariana is a star!

Ridiculous company it’s been three months and absolutely no refund has been given and it’s a £500 order as well. I have no idea how they get away with this as the return portal doesn’t work at all and the customer service is non-existent. Do not use this company. It’s shambles.

Horrible customer service. I had ordered a clothing item worth roughly £25 and it had came and didn’t fit so I returned it, firstly the returns portal wasn’t working so I had emailed them and got given a QR code. Returned it as normal through evri and it had arrived at their warehouse, I wasn’t given any further information on this until I emailed and they said my return would be issued within 14 days, it had been 3 weeks and I still hadn’t had my return, I emailed again and got told they can’t do anything else and I have to take it up with Evri when they aren’t even the problem!!! BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.

Absolute shambles of a company! placed a £70 order before reading reviews (lesson learned) an item from my order was missing, returns portal wasn't working, got sent a qr code to return the (very ill fitting and cheap) items I ordered, 4 weeks later absolute radio silence from the company. I've emailed and messaged on Instagram and no reply! unfortunately, I have had to go through my bank to get my refund! I will NEVER order from here again and will advise EVERYONE to follow suit! I have nothing but bad things to say about this company! how they are still operating is a joke!

Emailed and received one back within good time Ariana was very helpful and solved my issue straight away

Ordered two sets of dresses as possible bridesmaids dresses for two bridesmaids. Unfortunately the dresses were a strange cut so they didn't fit. Firstly the returns portal was broken, so they took a while to reply to me to get that processed. When I did get a reply, both were sent back within a day of each other. One was eventually refunded three weeks later. Four weeks later and I'm still waiting for the refund on the other - and I have tracking details to prove it's been received. I've sent emails and messages on Instagram and I'm not getting a reply at all. Terrible customer service, do not use!

Appalling! Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. The sizing wasnt great so returned them. I am still waiting for my money back. Have contacted them several times and promised said refund, have now had to try and claim this back via my credit card. Something tells me the company is in trouble. Do not order from this company!! Scammers

Returned £90 worth of clothing for order placed in April.
Have had to chase for refund.
Still not received though they keep promising a refund within so many days.
Absolutely disgusting scammers.

Returned faulty item agreed with them and they have only refunded the shipping telling me it has been all been refunded but the actual item is not. Customer services can go days without replying. The return was 4th June it’s now 2nd July.

Ordered a product from boohoo that wasn't suitable and was advised to contact customer services to arrange return. Ariana responded promptly to me with a free returns label. Really great service.

Still waiting on a £175 refund … one item I returned and the others I never even received!!! This company is honestly horrific, they have caused me significant stress over the past 2 months. Happy to take your money but nothing in return! Is there anything anyone can do to stop this happening to innocent people?!

Beyond horrific scamming company.
Take your money and don’t refund you in line with UK Consumer Law.

I won’t see my money again.
They grind you down with asking the same thing in an email.

Tell you to “e-mail” customer service team.
They lie, don’t help and don’t refund.

They blame Paypal. They ask for proof of order and return CONSTANTLY when already been provided.

Dan… Megan… Sannah… the lot of you are horrible people.
