My cell rings when the church phone rings so I am not stuck at my desk. Phone lines are clear and work properly. My only negative is that I don't if it is a personal call or church call when my phone rings. Calls should come through the app and not show up in my call log. I should be able to set up a specific ring tone for anyone calling the church.

Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Despite giving them all the info needed to remove a manager contact that was fired they still will not help. Spent $45 to get a letter notarized per there request and now being told "they never received the letter". They refuse to talk to me even though I have sent the letter 3 times to change ownership. So a fired manager for FRAUD still has access to our account with her personal phone number. This is the only company that refuses to help! Worst mistake changing companies. Every time I call its a joke. Different agent, let me transfer you 5 times to speak to no one that can help. They say they will call back and instead just send an email case closed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE! THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU

Disgusting and incompetent
Need to replace a phone and am unable to talk to someone about my account. Despite being the account holder they claim I aren’t and won’t even let me talk to a manager. The agent was extremely rude and even hung up on me.
We are definitely going elsewhere if the phone support is like this. I strongly urge you do too.
