Easy ordering and good delivery timing.
Ease of ordering online....and dependable delivery times for the events I wanted the flowers for in different locations. But they dont send a confirmation email after you pay....and thats a bit worrying when you first use them.....all other online suppliers immediately email confirmation....Interflora?

Everything I buy flowers on line
Everything I buy flowers on line, shortly thereafter, I get an unsolicited payment on my credit card. I have to get it investigated and a replacement credit card issued. This is the third time it has happened and I won't be using interflora again.

Beautiful flowers but delivery hiccup
Beautiful flowers and it was very easy to order through the website but, unfortunately, they were delivered to the wrong address - number 82 instead of number 32. Luckily the gentleman at number 82 realised what had happened and the flowers eventually made it to the intended recipient.

The post was nothing like the picture I…
The post was nothing like the picture I ordered from, the post that arrived was Terrible at best and I purchased more flowers to make it look like anything. As I emailed directly, as an Ex florist I would have been embarrassed to even send that out. However, I have received a full refund and an apology. So I am happy about that. Quality control needs to be looked at
