Instarem is not a secure platform for money transfer. I had the worst experience using this platform as my was deducted but not funded to the recipien's account and it was still showing awaiting payment on their side. The customer support would just reply that though it is deducted on your end but we have not received and will process once we receive it. I even raised a ticket but they just closed it without any proper solution. I would recommend using other platforms even though the rates are slightly lower. It is now a headache for me to get my money back.

Don’t use Instarem guys , they don’t pay money on time and give you lots of headaches… customer service is very poor. Highly not recommended

They are cheaters, they hold your money they play with you they never pay money and make money by just holding and refunding after a week. Fake Instarem don’t use

I have had funds on hold with Instarem since 31 March. The system indicates this will only be resolved by 7 April, meaning my funds have been held for several days without resolution.
I have fully complied with all verification requests, providing bank statements and payslips clearly demonstrating that the funds are legitimate and sourced from employment income. Despite this, there has been no release of funds.
What is particularly concerning is the lack of transparency and accountability. There is no clear explanation for the delay, only system-generated timelines.
For comparison, Wise was able to process a similar transfer within one day.
Holding verified customer funds for this length of time, with limited communication, is not acceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others when using Instarem

Ho avuto una brutta esperienza con Instarem dopo avermi registrato e inserito tutti i dati richiesti ricevo una email che tutto era andato a buon fine, allora procedo con l' invio del bonifico alle coordinate indicate per poter trasferire i soldi in un conto estero visto che sto viaggiando e ne avevo necessità. Fatto il bonifico il quale è stato ricevuto, sull'applicazione risultava in lavorazione così ho aspettato il giorno dopo per scoprire che non potevo più entrare su Instarem perché mi è stato bloccato l'accesso senza nessuna motivazione. È una vera fregatura non credo che mi venga restituito il bonifico che ho inviato non è un Money transfer serio dopo la mia esperienza vi consiglio di stare alla larga ci sono altre applicazioni molto più serie.
DEVO DIRE CHE DOPO LA BRUTTA VICENDA ALMENO MI HANNO RIMBORSATO IL BONIFICO CHE AVEVO FATTO.

I have been using Instarem for the past 4 years and have made numerous transfers across several currencies. I have rarely faced any issues and even when I did, it was resolved very quickly by the customer support. They offer the best rates across similar services and are as fast as bank transfers these days.

Nicht zu empfehlen, erst funktioniert alles ohne Probleme aber kurz bevor das Geld ankommt gibt es dann eine "Überprüfung" und man soll 100 Dokumente und unzählige Begründungen senden. Diese Firma geht mein Gehalt und mein aktueller Kontostand nichts an. Ich hab nicht versucht 1 Millionen Euro zu senden, sondern nur eine kleine Summe, absolutes Theater!

Geht bei anderen Seiten ohne Probleme.

Personalausweis Daten werden natürlich jetzt 10 Jahre gespeichert und dann nach "Kosteneinsparungen im Bereich Sicherheit" irgendwann vermutlich geklaut. Super!
