Disappointed
Picture online showed roses and gerberas in a peach colour arrangement. Received mostly green shrubs and some pinks and white flowers (no roses or gerberas) - it was very cheap looking. Flowers arrived a day early, despite specifying date. The next day I received an email “out for delivery” but it was too late - would have been good to have received this when it was actually out for delivery. When I reached out to them about it I only received an automated response (likely AI generated) and no personal response to answer why the flowers I bought look nothing at all like the online picture - very deceptive. Won’t be using this service again.

Disappointing Mother’s Day Flowers
I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s day and the photo looked nothing like what she got. I couldn’t get them in person since I’m in Uni at the moment but the picture she sent me really disappointed me. I understand being busy as it is Mother’s Day but I wanted to make sure these were great for her big day and I scrolled for hours to pick the perfect ones and they were below average. My Mother is a kind woman who does not mind at all and does not spoil herself ever but it’s the fact I wanted to exceed her expectations and get her something nice for once and I got let down. If the flower bundles/bouquets won’t look anything like the photo, they should be titled as sold out.

Mother's Day flowers
I like that it was easy to order online and the flowers were delivered on the day requested.
My aunty sent me a photo of the flowers she received which I would like to share - I was disappointed in what she received considering it cost $84.00 incl the discount. I have used Interflora several times, but the picture of her flowers was a bit disappointing.

Mother’s Day Flowers!
Website is great - visually aesthetic & user friendly. I live in Perth & purchased 2 bouquets for Mother’s Day & couldn’t be happier. Delivered to family in Auckland, as expected & presentation was amazing. So happy - 100/10, will definitely use again.
