I have to say, I was lucky enough to deal with Dan from Interaction Recruitment Northampton branch from the first day I signed up. He was so helpful with the last placement I went to from the start to the end, always kept in contact to make sure everything was OK, and was always quick to respond to any questions or queries I had. My experience with Interaction Recruitment has been first class and I would recommend them to anyone looking for work.

This agency wastes your time. As a student i wanted to find myself a job for the summer. I found a job offer that was supposed to last for a week only. I contacted the agency and shortly received a call back from them that they wanted to offer me the job. I sent all documentation required and was told to wait for an answer. I never got a response which resulted me to constantly ask for information which I received very little of. The following week I called the agency, someone else picked up the phone and I was told that people were already sent to do the job whilst the lady who offered me the job said something completely different. After sending daily emails for two weeks, I got a rude response that when the main lady will know something, I will get a response from her. After waiting for more than a month, I contacted the lady and she said that the job is no longer available for me. The service was none existent, save yourself some time and avoid this agency as they only waste your time and are rude when you ask for an update about the job you applied for.

Alice was proactive in finding me a job.
I told her that at 59 years of age I was worried that it would be difficult to find a position. She reassured me that my CV was impressive and she would do her utmost.
The first job she offered wasn't suitable (I didn't fancy alternating shifts) but she was undeterred.
Two or three weeks later she found the job that I am still doing, and enjoying. The company will now be taking me on in October of this year.
I would not hesitate to recommend Interaction Recruitment in general and Alice Cartwright in particular.
