The worst bunch of COWBOYS the business! I stopped working for these clowns after x mas because they promised to pay me before and then on x mas eve told me nothing would be paid ! Soon got away (thank god) and 1 month later start chasing me for apparently a payment was made by MISTAKE INTO MY ACCOUNT ! The account was not used and the money gone and now are taking me to court ...... even though I've offered to pay the sum back , but now want to charge me interest and fees 😂 never known anytging like it have had to get a solicitor as are bullying and harassing me now for the fees and interest. Do your self a favour avoid these amatuer clowns will mess you about make mistakes and then blame you for a mistake they made 😂

What a useless ignorant agency (Taunton) is I’ve applied for quite a few jobs and get no reply so god damn ignorant along with a lot of agencies.they suck you in and sign you up and get no work that’s suitable a total waste of time.dont use this agency

Absolute cowboys. Got a personal WhatsApp from ‘Stewart’ - When confronting about GDPR he refused to answer and blocked. Will be reporting to the ICO. Make sure your sensitive info is being used correctly.

I am writing to formally complain about the conduct of your employees. I believe that their actions constitute serious misconduct, violations of the terms of our agreement, and potentially unlawful practices.

Your representatives have violated my rights and are demanding additional payments from me in order to process the refund of my own money. I consider this unacceptable and contrary to the obligations and standards that your company is expected to uphold.

Despite the fact that your employees have failed to comply with the terms of our agreement and have infringed upon my rights, I am still being asked to pay additional fees in order to recover my funds. This situation is unfair and unacceptable.

I hereby demand the immediate return of my money. If my funds are not refunded promptly, I will have no choice but to file formal complaints with the police, consumer protection authorities, and relevant international organizations, and to pursue all available legal remedies.

I expect your prompt response and a full refund without any further delays or additional charges.

One of the worst recruitments i have witnessed particularly by a commercial manager 'Angela Bailey'. She came across very rude and lacked any sort of manners when speaking. I had to do a lot of chasing up but got absolutely nothing from her. I would not recommend to anyone.

I STARTED A CLASS 1 DRIVING JOB WITH THIS COMPANY ON BEHALF OF THE AA , I WAS TOLD DRIVING BREAKS WERE PAID AND UNDERWENT 2WEEKS TRAINING FOR THE ROLE , WHEN TRAING WAS DONE I THEN FOUND OUT DRIVING BREAKS WERENT PAID WHICH MEANT THE HOURLY RATE HAD DROPPED FROM £19 TO £17.50 AN HOUR PERMENANT WEEKEND NIGHTS , I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY AND TO ANY DRIVER LOOKING FOR WORK AVOID THE COMPANY
PS I HAVE THE EMAIL WHERE IT IS STATED DRIVING BREAKS ARE PAID

Advertised a job on every platform. I sent the cv and talk Stephen, I was told you are the number one on list, maximum 2-3 weeks and you will be in. 2 months gone with the same conversation and suddenly no more response, his phone is deactivated. This agency should be baned as no real jobs and no honesty. I would recommend to all, just avoid and do not waste time.

Interaction helped me many years ago & it was Kul who I dealt with at that time. She was the loveliest to deal with then & she found me a role in Travel, it was the perfect placement. The hands of time have marched on since, and I resigned from my current job of 5 years before Xmas. I applied for several jobs randomly online, then out of the blue came a familiar & positive voice & it was Kul. She remembered me instantly & was willing to help & give me much needed advice. She has once again been absolutely amazing & immediately arranged me an interview.

Zero stars if I could. By far the worst agency I have ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional, disorganised, and dishonest. Leah was rude and dismissive, and communication throughout was terrible.

Staff are lied to about contracts. People are promised 12-week roles with the possibility of extension, when in reality it’s clearly just peak-season cover. Instead of being honest, they mislead workers, mess them around with rotas, and then quietly drop them without proper communication.

Holiday pay, hours, and pay deductions are handled poorly, with conflicting information given depending on who you speak to. There is no proper onboarding, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for workers.

If you are sent to AIT Home Delivery, avoid it at all costs. The management has no clue what they’re doing and hides behind job titles instead of acting professionally. This agency deserves its bad reviews, and I strongly advise people to stay away.

Alice is by far the most efficient and friendly person I’ve had the pleasure of talking with. Any questions I have about anything, I know I can call her at any time and she excels in problem solving and reassuring the person she is talking with I.E myself. She is an absolute asset to your team and I hold her in high stead. I had no issues at all about contacting her regarding any queries or issues I may have.
