Easy application for a local job, really enjoying the work and shift times and Leah and Matt helped me start my new job within a short amount of time after the application.

I had three days off work with this place with interaction recruitment the got told my shift are cancelled they will ring me to talk about why but I’ve
Purposefully ignored my calls and forwarding it to voicemail.

Interaction Recruitment Huntingdon have been absolutely amazing! From theoutset, the team made everything easy and stress-free. They really took the time to understand our business and found candidates who were a perfect fit—not just on paper, but culturally too. Work socks off lifting 20kgs nuts all day told was for while text not needed next day so now get new job go through carry on of p45 etc so don't get emergency tax at new job no explanation just used for the day I think

I quit my job after 2 years on a Friday morning, by Friday afternoon simon richardson had found me work for the following monday, courteous, professional and very efficient would definitely recommend.

Three days into my training, I was fired from my position as IR received maliciously-altered screen grabs of my Facebook posts from a fellow employee and so-called friend which violated the Acceptable Use Policy. This should've been overlooked as a) it was delivered in an intentional and devious manner b) the post was never intended to be seen outside of my friendship network on Facebook. All postings on my Facebook are limited to my friends only, and c) I did not give the perpetrator consent to screen grab my content and send it to IR, thereby violating my privacy. I was simply fired as an example to other employees.

Poor Experience with This Agency – Unfair Dismissal and Lack of Communication .

My friend had been working through this agency at a warehouse in Northampton Brackmills for nearly a year, showing up consistently and doing her job to the best of her ability. However, without any prior warning or discussion, she was suddenly informed that she was no longer part of the project. The reason given was that she had taken more sick days than allowed — something she strongly disputes, as she believes she remained well within the permitted limit.

What’s most disappointing is that there was no proper explanation provided, no opportunity for her to clarify or appeal the decision, and absolutely no warning beforehand. She was simply dropped without notice, leaving her feeling disrespected and completely let down.

This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but deeply unfair. Workers deserve transparency, communication, and at the very least, a chance to be heard. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking respectful and fair treatment. Easily the worst agency experience in Northampton.

Well what can I say about the branch in Northampton. Lucie and Cheryl are amazing!!! I am a Chef and I have worked for them for over 3 years and followed them both here from another agency as they were the best I have worked for. Great communication, fun to chat with as they make you feel valued. Always follow up after an assignment to get feedback. I have never been without work, lots of long term assignments, one for over a year and currently on a 9 month one and is ongoing. They will always get the best hourly rate for you. If you are hard working and good at what you do, there is work for you. Thank you Lucie...you are as mad as a box of frogs but you are amazing 🤩🤩🤩

Poor communication and no interest in taking on work. I will not be using these as the staff are useless! I've also heard from another company that the women who covers recruitment is very bad at her job hence no communication.

I couldn’t really give no stars so I had to opt for just the one ….. I applied for a job that I had experience for and the skills the guy Zainib or what ever calls me asking about me he then cut the call short to speak on his mobile then says he’d phone right back very good timing & convenient I thought !!!! phoned the agency 30 mins later and said I think he thinks I’m NOT SUITABLE FOR THE JOB AS IM DISABLED !!! Then he calls back and says he’s spoken to the employer and they want someone who’s got more UPTODATE experience in actual fact he WANTED TO SAY BUT couldn’t say because I can only lift approx 10 kg because of a wedge fracture to my spine he won’t put me forward for the job DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST !!! It’s ok because I’ll find an employer who DOESNT discriminate !! Disgusting !!!

Worked thro interaction recruitment.co.uk which helped me get a permanent job for BSS warehouse. My manager Lindsey was brilliant & very helpful whilst working thro the agency.

I was contacted by Alice from the Exeter office out of the blue. After weeks of tons of applications and interviews, I was getting nowhere and starting to get down. Within a day I was set up with a job and feeling positive again!

I would like to take the time to Thank Interaction recruitment, I managed to secure a role within the company I was keen to work, this simply would not of happened if it wasn't for Alice, I told her of what I required, and after a short wait I managed to secure the role.
