Nice styles but expensive.
Beautiful and elegant styles but very expensive. I was able to buy only because they were on 50% sale.

Very Pleased, def ordering again!
Honestly I was skeptical at first about the quality, but I liked the clothes very much. The customer service was very efficient too they replied to my email and my request. The prices are a bit on the higher side, even with sale they are a bit over priced considering the prices of clothing in Turkey. However I found the quality very good, so I am definitely ordering again.

If I could put zero stars to represent…
If I could put zero stars to represent their value and customer service I would. Once they take your money they don’t care if you receive the order or in what state the order is. DHL lost my order and they basically told me sorry not our problem. International customers beware!

Buying from touch prive store was a…
Buying from touch prive store was a good experiance. I bought from then and there was 45% off . There is also a disscount codes u can use . U can order from them and trust them. The store has a good quality and nice designs.
I will repeat this experiance 4 sure.

They never state that I have to pay…
They never state that I have to pay import fees because the address they use is in Europe. Then I got a letter from DHL that I have to pay €43! After communication with costumer service they never explained why I had to pay. They never refunded this payment. After I returned some items they told me that they haven’t received it. I have send a proof of return and still waiting for my money. This was my first and last time ordering from this aweful shop!

There are some pieces that are outstanding and popping. A more sophisticated and elegant styles would be lovely. Prices are quite high as well.

My experience
Modesty:I always look for modest clothes meaning that they're long and not so tight. Most dresses and skirts on the website cover 3/4 of the legs only and I'm looking for full-length clothes.
Style and design: I also prefer elegant "lady-like" outfits, and even if they were casual, I'd always like them to state "elegant".Hence, I would be pleased if you added more clothes like that. Honestly speaking, this collection is way better than the previous ones color and pattern wise, it's more simple with few colours and patterns and looks better to the eye. One suggestion could be is to add simple floral styles more.
Price: Frankly, the prices are really expensive and not encouraging me to buy. I believe that if you lowered the prices a bit you could hit a wider audience.
Website: the website is nice, organised, and easy to surf.
