Barbara educated me patiently
The agent (Barbara) took additional time with me to educate me on the complex subject of trying to maintain solid insurance coverage in the face of changing plans. I wasn't happy at all with the answer, but she delivered it professionally and with care and patience.

Been using Trip Insurance for 20 yrs…
Been using Trip Insurance for 20 yrs now for all my cruises. Because you can compare different companies you always get the best rate. I’ve even gone directly to company and cruise websites, & trip insurance always gives me the best price for comprehensive coverage. I’ve only had to redeem a policy one time in those 20 years, and getting my money back was no problem at all. Was very glad that I had insurance then.

Excellent except for the website glitch this time
We have used InsureMyTrip 1-2 times a year for our travel insurance and we have been very pleased. This week, the "Purchase Securely" button at the end of inputting all the information on your website did not work. When I called, Kathy was extremely helpful and she plugged in all the information and I was able to purchase the policies.
