Great service overall. A few minor issues, but nothing that ruined the experience.

It was fairly easy! Please make it more phone friendly to search different options to compare. My computer recently went in the fritz & couldn’t view everything on the phone. My son used his computer to help me buy my insurance!

Josh was very helpful in getting what I needed to insure all my trips for a year!

I've bought 7 travel insurance policies from InsureMyTrip in the last 8 years. Service is uniformly outstanding-clear explanations, patient(I'm 77), good choices.

Easy comparison tool & good rates, but some key policy details required careful reading.

I am planning a complicated trip and wasn't sure how much insurance I would need. I called customer service, got through to an agent immediately, and even though I didn't know how to frame some of my questions, due to careful listening on his part and a thorough knowledge of travel insurance, I felt completely reassured about buying a policy. Having explored some on my own, the policy he suggested was a better price than any I had looked at online. Very professional service all the way around.

We have used Insuremytrip for a number of trips over the years. Their customer service is the best. They really help with policy selection and inform you of the pros and cons of each policy.

The agents were very helpful. My only disappointment was that I was originally quoted payment over time but when I went to purchase the policy it was payment in full.
