Easy, direct and comprehensive

Listening and not just offering a ‘text book’ response. Rather, he wanted me to have the best solution to meet my needs.

Very helpful and easy to understand

It worked like it should, quickly and efficiently. My one suggestion is hooking up with a non biased org that compares and rates policies. I still had to do outside research (NerdWallet) for help to make the decision. Maybe you can integrate AI to help the customer?

I had left a voice message on the evening of May 19th. The very next day on May 20th at exactly 9am, Briana called me to answer my questions that I had asked in my message.
This truly amazed me. I didn’t have expectations of receiving a call-back so quickly. AND I left a 2nd voice message last night (I had already purchased an IMG policy) with further questions. Well, Briana once again called me back this morning after 9:30am. Now that is customer service PAR EXCELLENCE!

The representative listened to me and was knowledgeable. Gave me several choices and answered all of my questions. Very professional and quickly completed the purchase.

Easy to compare plans. Good overviews of benefits.

This was a straightforward site to work with. I noticed an error in my plan (the destination was wrong) and I submitted a request to correct this and the correction and revision to the policy was resolved within a few hours.

Of course, the real test is how the travel insurance does when a claim is submitted. Hopefully I won't need it.

I thought that I was purchasing a medical insurance policy through Geo Blue. Turns out I called an insurance broker and the policy was with Travel insurance International. I am not happy with the reviews of Travel insurance International. I have requested a refund and have not heard back after replying to the emails I received from Travel insurance International.

I was presented with lots of choices -- so many that I had to select a few options in order to narrow the list down so I could read through the details. Great information made it easy to make the best choice for my needs.

Ease of comparisons and purchase

I spoke with a few representatives, who were so very nice and answered quite a few of my questions. I may call back again because I've never done this before and things keep popping in my mind and I know that they will not be annoyed if I ask anything else. Great employees!!

I have been using insuremytrip.com for years to buy travel insurance. It’s a huge timesaver to have multiple companies and policies displayed along with an ‘apples to apples’ comparison feature. I have also reviewed the same policy offerings directly on insurance company websites to ensure no price difference. They also offer great explanations for various insurance terms such as ‘look back period’. I highly recommend this valuable resource and will continue to use them for future travel needs.

I got much more done in much shorter time talking to an agent than I had trying to set up a policy myself using the website.

Insurance coverage, terms and definitions are too detailed and difficult for the average traveler to understand well. I tried to apply online, but a pop-up caution caused me to call a rep.It was a question about pre-existing conditions waiver eligibility when using Future Cruise deposit certificates. The rep, who said she was a broker, assured me that I would be covered, and she helped me complete my purchase.

Easy to use and very convenient in comparing the plans available.
