THIS HAS NOW BEEN SETTLED AND MY MONEY HAS BEEN REFUNDED. Firstly I can say that my claim for my husbands death was dealt with excellently. However after that things went from bad to worse. The policy should have been cancelled and authorised direct debits should have been stopped on his death, this didn't happen! Instead they sent me out an indemnity form, a direct debit request and a form for my details to put the policy in my name. Despite my request three times on the phone they have not cancelled the policy and have deducted two payments from my account without my authorisation. This practice is harassing and bullying in trying to get me to transfer the policy. They are saying I need to do this so I can cancel. Why not a standard form. Their site advertises cancellation is easy, it is not.

I signed up in 2011 I was 18 signed up for life insurance for 300,000 was paying $8 fortnight ok then went a dollar and couple cents every year ok I can deal with that December 2019 my payments where $14.63 ok still fine January 2020 my payments a fortnight was now $45.63 yes $45.63 and the insured amount dropped to only 109,000 without any warning or and notice of this at all I canceled the day I say the $45 taken out of my bank account and called choosi who was able to fine me now at 26 $12.74 a fortnight for 400,000 and the best part is the money I pay is capped not to change untill I reach the age of 33 insuranceline is the biggest rip off of them all be warned

Insurance line were amazing. I couldn't believe how fast and hassle free it was. My father was diagnosed with a tumor and 11 weeks later he was gone. Dad had been paying his funeral fund a week off his 5 year anniversary. I rang on the Monday morning. Flowers arrived at my house the next day from Insurance line and money was cleared on the Wednesday night. Thankyou so much for a stress free process at such a hard time. Tracy & Darlene

My name is Luke my dad Garry passed away a week ago. When I made contact with insurance line the people were friendly and considerate.
When I made my claim for insurance for my dad which he left me, it literally was smooth process and only took a few days to organise a deposit, within 5 days I had my dad's insurance money in my bank.
The whole process was smooth with no dramas, made it alot easier getting things paid for his funeral.
This a legit review n not fake.. they also organised flowers to be dropped off to my home which was such an awesome jesture.
I'll be doing my insurance for my lil family for my self..

The thing that I liked about Insuranceline was the fact that they directly said what they offered and then how they delivered it. I found that others who offered funeral insurance that the product was offered by one identity but then underwritten by another company. In other words I was taken by the direct approach

Had a long standing account with them when first joined but price kept increasing wasn’t explained to me probably. So called them up the guy this time was very helpful.

I was very impressed with the speedy and professional manner in which my queries were handled by both John and Damien when I just phoned Insuranceline regarding my mother's policy. It is also pleasing to speak to someone who is fluent in the English language. So often it is hard to speak to "new" English speaking customer service people where I often have to ask them to repeat sentences. 5 stars for customer service to Insuranceline.

Mum was hospitalised after the news of her dad passing. She was able to submit the insurance claim for my grandfather, from her hospital bed, all she needed to do was email the death cert and identification via email. The staff at IL guided my mum through the whole process with ease. Mum got the full covered pay-out within 24hrs of submitting the death cert and identification. IL had also sent flowers to her home which I thought was very sweet.
I have already recommended Insurance Line's funeral insurance to family and friends!

My husband paid into lnsuranceline, life insurance for 14 years he received a letter last week saying that he's insurance will be cancelled because he has turned 69 this year .What a load of crap !!!
