So kind and respectful, quick and easy process.

My mum passed away and within 2 days I was paid the insurance money. This made the organising of the funeral so much less stressful. They treated me with such kindness, empathy and respect and even sent me flowers.

Easy fast efficient

Easy, fast and efficient processing of claim during a difficult time. Flowers was also a nice touch which arrived after we returned from service.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Having been speaking with Insuranceline as a EPOA since the 7th of October 2022 via email and phone. Called again today to be told that the documents still need to be uploaded to the system!!!! I can't believe it takes 8 weeks to cancel a policy, customer service and follow up is terrible, do not use these people if you need something done quickly. NOTE: Still waiting.

Highway robbery- elderly financial abuse

My father has been paying for funeral insurance for over 15yrs. He has paid well over the amount he would recieve back for his funeral cover. Insurance line refuse to cap his payments and if he ceases to make payments they will not refund any amount and he will no longer have insurance cover. They habe an elderly man trapped. This is highway robbery, elderly abuse. Be warned and stay well away.

Years ago saw a better offer of cover…

Years ago saw a better offer of cover talked to salesman said sure you can swap NO explanation or warning of all I had paid would be lost not put on new policy so lost the lot, complained basically they said stiff biscuits. Be very careful this company is dispicable and I let all people know what happened each chance I get i wont forget. Not right date not a way of putting date in correctly

our company is nothing but a scam my family will be taking legal action and will be taking to you to asic ripping my parents off with their funeral plan making them pay all this money for a lazy 10k when they have paid over 21k have have to pay till there 90yo you sick pri@ks

The man I spoke to on the phone was…

The man I spoke to on the phone was very polite and well spoken. He helped me set up a funeral fund plus he went over everything to thurrow to make sure I understood.

Always satisfied

I have been with Insuranceline for a number of years and have always been treated respectfully. In May 2022, of this year I contacted customer service to tell them I was in between jobs and I was relocating to the NT for work and my payments were taken care of until July 2022.

lack of transperency from the consultant …

I had been paying with my partner funeral cover for nearly 7 years as we separated i made a direct debit for my cover in May of 2022 in August i receive a letter saying my policy has been cancelled due to no payments for 60 days, i rang Insurance line to enquire this letter as a direct debit had been set up, after speaking to a consultant he advised me that he would contact me within 1 day as he acknowledged from what he could see [quote] it looks like a button had not been pushed on there side to start the direct debit out of my account [unquote] during this time of none payment i did not receive any correspondence from Insurance Line to indicate lack of payment until August to say my policy has been cancelled, the consultant still has not contacted me and its one week later

Great communication

Great communication, I was very happy with the process, and understand all the policy’s which was made very transparent and clear.

I’m absolutely glad I choose insuranceline.

Excellent service

My father passed away in May this year. My dad had been paying life insurance for around maybe 15 years to insurance line. My dad never wanted us kids to go without after he had passed. After sending all the requested documents it took maybe 2 weeks to receive the funds. We received it today and we can now feel a little bit of stress off our shoulders. Thank you insurance line.
