Similar experience to others regarding lies about the train service to Sorrento. Told the local train takes over two hours and is overcrowded, will end up standing, etc, just so the company can earn a few Euros commission. As this appears to be an ongoing scam inStazione is not serious at changing their business model.

We bought a Pompeii tour from inStazione at Naples Centrale. The staff were really helpful and got everything well organised. The 2 hour tour was brilliant with a really nice and well-informed guide. Great service from this Naples inStazione team.

Very serious company
Very serious company, very professional ,very polite and friendly personnel. They set up tours that we enjoyed a lot and they were better than expected.

Pregunté a chiara informaciones y su actitud fue prepotente. Dijo que no me iba a explicarme porque no la miraba y que había soplado cuando me dijo el precio, no fui mal educada y no la insulté pero me contestó con mala leche y lo siento mucho al final y al cabo soy yo la clienta. Que actitudes de princesa . NO ES VERDAD no me dijo que lo podía comprar yo de manera autónoma y tampoco no había otros clientes detrás de mí. La otra chica morena fue maja pero ella no solamente porque no la miraba y soplé cuando me dijo el precio. Yo no iba a comprar nada a vuestra agencia con la actitud así de vuestro personal. Le propongo a ella que se cambie de trabajo y de actitud

Hello, we are sorry for what happened. We looked into it and interviewed our employees present at our Desk at the moment of your visit and deduced that what you are saying it's not true. Our employee was giving you all the information you requested, and you were not paying attention to her. After some minutes, she simply told you that, if you wanted to purchase what you needed autonomously, you could have just be able to do so, and gently invited you to move to let other clients ask for their inquiries.
We value our clients' time and their opinion is a priority, but we gently ask you to leave a review based on a service we offer, not upon a feeling. We hope you can come back to try our products in the future.
Canceled tour and no refund
Our boat tour was canceled at short notice because it was overbooked. I have been waiting for my refund for a month now and have contacted customer service several times without success.

Don’t use this company - just get normal train
We went to this kiosk expecting tourist info. We were told that we should get the express train as the other train had 40 stops, took 1hour 40 mins and we would not get a seat. We were told we could only buy the express tickets there. They charged €35 euro for return ticket but we found they actually cost €25 so they took €10 commission on each ticket. The normal train actually has 20 stops and the express train has 10. The normal train doesn’t take 1hr 40 but around 15 minutes more than the express at most. Train was really uncomfortable too with hard plastic seats and so noisy. Feel completely scammed! Do not book this ‘express’ train - it’s a waste of money especially via Instazione.

This company is a con, they scam you. I paid for a train from Naples to Sorrento the ticket said 30 euros they charged me 40 euros, they said I can only buy the ticket from them. This was a lie. This is sneaky business and I will never be a customer again.

On the contrary, our concierges make it clear to all customers that we are an agency and that in addition to the ticket we offer the possibility of waiting for the train, even for several hours, in our relaxation area, which is private and therefore subject to payment, and it is also clearly stated that there are commissions on the ticket office. We are sorry if our offer did not seem clear to you, we hope to have the opportunity to make you reconsider in the future.
You're better off walking if visting Naples
The tour sold by this operator appeared to be the standard open bus type of city tour available in many cities, however this one was very poor value:
The short tour around the edge of the old city of Naples was not at all informative; it didn't visit any of the interesting sites as these are all in narrow streets, and the audio was out of sync with the location of the bus;
The tours ended at around 5.30 pm and didn't start again until 9:30 the following day. This was not a 24 hour pass as sold.

At the time of your purchase at our office, all this information was shared with you, the bus passes through the main areas of the city of Naples.
The ticket you purchased is valid for 24 hours, which means that if you validated your ticket in the afternoon, for example at 3pm, you can use the service until 3pm the next day, taking into account the times when the service is suspended, as happens in all other cities.
