Highly stratified with my order. I was some cones short in my first order and contacted them and they were very accommodating and replaced with no questions asked. so, with that I ordered a 2nd order. I'm very happy with both orders and would recommend ordering from them.

Can't give zero stars. The thing I got was defective, and they said, "TRY THIS TRY THAT". They think people are stupid. They sent me back an email with instructions and no return label. Never heard of Customer service. Cheaper on Amazon, with free return.

The thing was defective and a piece of junk.

I had a waterfall cracked and the lady was really nice. She sent me an email with all the instructions to follow. They're sending me a new waterfall. Thank you soon much for good service.

Customer service helped me place my order as I was having trouble getting completing my order through their website, young lady who helped me place an order for my new burner, and on its way to me. It was a pleasant experience overall

I made my purchase in May and my waterfall came quickly and as described. I made a typo in the shipping address, the after-sales team was quick to help me fix it. I also ordered more cones, i bought the longer lasting ones

I ordered two burners as gifts. They sent only one bag of incense cones. They never responded to my multitude emails, and I ended up having to split the bag of cones between the two gifts.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Do not order from this company. The "waterfall" does not work as they advertize. The incense smells terrible ... no "scent" at all , other than burning paper. The cones last approx 5 minutes , if that .

I'm still waiting for a response how to get the "60-day refund". I am totally unimpressed with this thing. Cones burn for about 5 minutes, and they all smell the same - like burned wood. I feel like I had to order more cones than I really wanted, as there was no way to review my order prior to clicking the "proceed" button. I never would have spent over $60 on this foolish thing - I should have read the reviews first!

Do not order from this company. They are scamming people. They overcharge for their product. You can purchase a burner, probably same burner for less monies. The incense that rpthey send with only burns maybe for 5 minutes. It should have come to 20 something dollars with tax. But when I saw they charged me close to $100.00 I emailed them. I still would not purchase anything from them.

Horrible company. Horrible product. Bought end of December. Conesmoke made me ill with unending coughing, sneezing. Appealed through PayPal. Promised 100% refund if I returned ($101). Mailed back for $40 (Florida to California). PayPal kindly gave me a $20 credit voucher to use in the future. Company only refunded $79. Do NOT buy from this company!

UPDATE: Now, on 5/23/2023, MONTHS later ( 5 months after ordering ), I have been emailed by Trustpilot that the company threatens to remove my review if I do not provide them my name, phone number, and Reference number. I complied. Now we will see what happens. ... BE ADVISED... stay away from them !

The ordering and shipping went fine.I received the product in a timely manner,but the thing doesnt work.I couldnt get the cones to stay lit,and when they did the waterfall didnt work well.It may have been the conditions in my home???such as humidity etc. but I really dont think so.I was very disappointed.

Ordered and paid for an Inscents Waterfall and have not recieved it despite many promises they then stopped responding to msgs nit happy at all.

I ordered one of these insence burners on 13th December. I didn't realise that it didn't come with free cones, so accidentally ordered additional cones. When I realised my mistake a couple of minutes later, I sent at least 2 emails cancelling my order. I heard nothing back until the next day when I received a tracking number for their dispatch. Supposedly, under their terms, I was therefore liable to return shipping costs as well as taxes. But I'm on my 4th or 5th email to them after complaining. I've been offered a 30% discount and a reduced price per package of cones, but no confirmation that I can return the cones for a full refund. Now I see that there has been a scam alert issued. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Worst customer service ever. Overcharged and received a partial refund. After numerous emails and complaints I was sent items not ordered and still overcharged when you look up the pricing of the items I received. Customer service seems to be lacking common sense. I would encourage everybody to avoid purchasing through or with this company.

The Product arrived on time and as portrayed in the ad.
I do enjoy the incense and the waterfall effect of the smoke.

They added 300 inscents onto my purchase automatically and would not cancel the transaction to issue a refund when I contacted them before it was posted.

These sellers have set up their store to automatically scam you!

I followed a link on Instagram that was offering 70% off. There was no final bill before the checkout and the total cost was way higher than expected. The payment went through at AEST 8.50pm 17/10/22 - I sent them an email at 9pm asking to cancel the order. What went on from their first reply at midnight until 8.50am 18/10/22 was a circus of emails offering gift vouchers, despite me repeatedly stating, "please cancel my order". My final email at 10.12am went unanswered, but then I received an email at 2pm stating that my order had been shipped! Manipulative delaying tactics used by the team, and now that a so-called tracking number has been assigned, I've got to wait until the order arrives to start the refund process. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Update: After writing this review, several things happened. Firstly, the parcel arrived and I posted it immediately to the return address supplied by Inscents team - the parcel bounced back! AusPost stated that the delivery address was not specific enough, proving that the refund process would have been IMPOSSIBLE.

My refund was processed by a supervisor called Errian whose email actually sounded more human. They asked me to edit my review on trustpilot, so I truly believe that the refund would never have happened if I did not write this review.

I also tested out a cone after the box came back and the refund was processed - Errian's email mentioned that I could keep the products, not that I wanted to! While the skeleton cat incense holder is cute, there is barely any smoke-waterfall-effect.

In summary, this was a very painful process with a dodgy team that no one should deal with.

Great product, love watching the flow of smoke. Enjoy the smell of the inscents.

i feeel like i wasted my money.it looks so beautiful on ads but its not ....the smoke didnt flow down like it shows onthe ad!!! the inscent dont flow down like it showes ..also the cones only last 2 min i timed them not much smell either ..FAIL i want my money back!!! no recipt or return
