I made a mistake placing my order because I didn't read the whole offer. I sent an email to cancel my order cuz I thought I was overcharged. I received a response explaining the charges, and offering to cancel, or give me a good faith discount and extra 100 incense cones free if I left my order as is. Since it was my mistake and that were so great about it. I kept my order as is. Looking forward to receiving it!

Purchased in October for Self and Gifting. Object was pretty, I couldn’t find one incense that was appealing, they were worse smelling I’ve ever tried. Made one time purchase, however company has continually billed my CC with no product being sent. Disputed charges, my only recourse was to block CC and have new CC reissued. DO NOT TRUST OR DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE OR COMPANY!

Handled my issue with prompt service and professionalism. Went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

Absolutely a scam. In November, I ordered the waterfall and the cones that came with it - that is all. Got an email payment confirmation for $21.95. They charged my credit card $72.69 including cones I did not order.

Now, (January) they send me an email that my order has shipped and are attempting to charge me another $72.69. I did not order anything - haven't been on their website since November and did not subscribe to anything.

Don't do it.

I have not received my package. I only ordered the burner. After they received my information this company added the cones on a separate ticket for amount 0f $44.07. I do not want the burner or sconces. I want a full refund of $66.05. I have reported this company to BBB and my bank. BBB IS REPORTING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

They are charging an outrageous price, and the incense stinks. If you want one be sure to go to Amazon, way better prices, and much nicer looking ones with a ton of cones for less than $20.

I did not receive a product, so I called the company Looney Launcher. I was assisted by a lovely woman named “Lois”. She helped settle the issue, to my satisfaction. I believe Looney Launchers hire very courteous kind yet profession employees.

THIS IS A SCAM. IT WILL BILL YOU NON STOP ONCE YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. Do not fall for this scam of revenue flow. Check unfavorable reviews with countless people they cheat. Don't bother returning or quitting by their unsubscribing button, it doesn't work. They've got names (full names in fact ) in their email support. They can't help you. They are helpless poor people overseas used as email and phone support but in reality, a front.
You want to buy their product? Go to aliexpress. What they sell as $19.95 is only $4.

The smoke doesn't settle down. A little bit of the smoke goes about half way down and just kind of floats everywhere but doesn't go all the way down. Not as expected. Pretty disappointing

The employees are really nice and patient, the products are affordable.

The customer service department is excellent. My first shipment never arrived. I sent an email,and in less than 4 hours had a response. 2 days after my first email, the company sent a replacement. I will buy from them again.

I was just looking at the product and accidentally ordered the invents waterfall. I immediately sent out an email. The email gave me options of returning the item once I received it or keeping it and they would give me more cones! So I decided to keep it. I totally love the inscents waterfall, it is awesome during meditation or listening to music calming to watch.

I received my 2 beautiful incense waterfalls that I had ordered as gifts but only received one bag of incense cones. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Franz Castillo! I am so very grateful and happy! After a couple emails, Franz let me know I will be receiving another bag of cones free of charge and will receive an email once they are shipped, just like when I placed my original order. The following is a snippet I sent Franz when I got a sweet email stating I was getting a free package of incense cones.

Yesterday I gave one of the waterfalls to my best friend, she Loves it! Her response was exactly what I hoping for. I purchased the 2nd waterfall for my neighbor and newly dear friend and I'm hoping for the same type of response. I can hardly wait to give it to her but I will until I receive the extra bag of incense cones so she too can start using her waterfall immediately. 

I can't thank you enough for being so kind. This really means a lot to me to brighten up the people in my life's, space. 

Franz really brightened up my Christmas holiday and the day I received the email. The caring treatment I received. I was willing to pay the $5 plus shipping costs I was originally told I would need to pay for a bag of cones and that was fine. Franz gets ahold of my email and isn't having it! What a wonderful human!! Thank you so very much Franz for caring about another human!

I bought a couple of these as gifts. The only comment I got from them was that with the cones in one big bag, they smell the same. Maybe separate bags for each scent would be a better option

I purchased two of the unscented waterfalls with 200 extra cones. When I received my order, it was missing the extra cones. I immediately called customer service. I spoke with a very nice and helpful gentleman. He resolved my issue without question and while still in the phone, he placed my replacement order. I would definitely purchase from them again. I love th he burned and it smells amazing. Customer service is too notch! Even so close to Christmas.

Scam
Charged my partner £70 for a $17.99 waterfall burner that hasn't arrived, when trying to cancel he just receives automated emails. Save yourself trouble and don't believe these fake reviews

I was confused about the items I purchased they got back with me very quickly and explained everything to me very detailed they went above and beyond and sent me some free product which doesn’t hurt:)

Margie was very helpful and fixed the issue right away. Haven't received the inscent waterfall yet, so will have to wait to post a review on it.

I had contacted customer service because I did not receive my order. An email was followed the very next day and assisted me quickly to resolve the problem. They had resent another order and provided me with tracking information. Customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for the help.
