I have been to innermastery a few times in Norway, once in 2019 and a few times in 2024. I appreciate having an easy access to this healing experience in Norway and the organisations efforts to provide the best experience for all participants. In 2024 the retreats are held in a cabin in Lampeland, which is a very nice place but also needs planning the transport before hand if a person is not coming by car. The team is diverse, and it changes every-time. For me the team is important and it was easier for me to trust some more than the others. At times I left the retreat full of gratitude and clarity and other times I left with anger and resentment. It helped me having the mindset of learning and growing from both experiences. Things I appreciate in the retreat are
1. Playing live music at times
2. One of them (Tully) has pretty voice when she sings. Also she is quite tuned to the energy of the night and I found what she says quite reassuring and grounding at times
3. There is additional medicinal tools that can further help when used in a safe place
4. There is the opportunity of integration and making sense of the experience in relation to what the person is going through in life
5. while frustration, anger and loss of trust can arise at times, there is the option of shutting down and never go there again, but also they/you also can provide a better solution of integrating the experience and doing the emotional work.They seemed open and knowledgable enough to provide that.
6. The communication before the retreat is quite prompt and comprehensive

Things I felt uncomfortable with:
1. some of them come in with so many rules that can trigger the fear of me losing my own autonomy and can create a lot of resentment and frustration and unnecessary discomfort. I signed up for some rules when I filled the form and once i was there they started to come up with new unnecessary rules (you are not allowed to open the fridge, you are not allowed to eat, you are not allowed to write) that compromised my experience in one of the retreats.
2. If it is important for you to be the one who decides for yourself, it is important to assert that since the beginning to ensure we are on the same page and to avoid being pressured to do things different from what is aligned with your values and limits. While I understand that there is loss of control under the influence of the plant, it does not mean I am willing to give away my autonomy for anyone I meet there.

You might decide there to do more than what you planned in the beginning, for example using the additional tools, if money is a priority for you it might be useful to set boundaries with yourself before going there as it is easier to take decisions there that you might not appreciate later.

Life changing. profound experience.

I really like the house, the food and the team. The team was really nice, the activities they planned where just what I need it and they were always open to talk. The main activity was beautiful, unique and full of love.

Last weekend, I was at a beautiful retreat in Oslo with the inner mastery. I am amazed at the wisdom, intuitiveness, and compassion that the facilitators showed during the retreat. I am very new to these kind of experiences, with a conscious use of plant medicines, and I genuinely feel that the way that the inner mastery group uses these tools in a very responsible and conscious way makes this a very safe and enlightening experience.
I was sure, before going to this retreat, that this would be a one and done experience for me, but now I am not so sure anymore. It is hard work working with the plant medicines, and not always pleasant, but it was so so worth it to me. It’s been two days since the retreat ended and now I am already looking into signing up for my next one. If you are a person who values growth, community, and feel the calling of the plant medicines, I cannot recommend this company and experience enough. I’m so grateful that I made the decision to join a retreat, for the other participants and for the beautiful and wise facilitators. Thank you for a life changing retreat.

Even though i spoke all the languages out there, i don’t think i would have enough vocabulary to put together what has happened to me in my journey to reconnect to my core feelings. But what i can put into words is how uncomfortable and hard was to break through, but also the joy and wonderful feeling that i did allow myself to embrace once i faced some of my issues. Having the courage to face it is the hardest part. And last and not least i did learn that expanding my capacity of understandment does not heart myself, but not doing enriches my ignorance. Hell it was hard, was sad, was happy, was great, was terrifying, but i felt all of it.

On the note:
All The facilitators had a great impact on it. Thank you very much for helping all if us to navigate our journey. I am blessed to have the opportunity of fews to experience such thing.

I had the privilege of attending this event and I can genuinely say it was a life-changing experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-organized. The staff deserves special mention—they were not only helpful but truly caring about every participant's well-being. You can feel their dedication to their mission in every interaction.

The sessions themselves were top-notch, offering just the right balance for an enriching experience. What really stood out to me was how meticulously the dosages were prepared—with precision, using a scale. This attention to detail allowed for a perfectly balanced and immersive experience.

On top of that, the event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with others. The participants were kind and open, and I’ve even made a few new friends during my time there. I can’t wait to go back again!

My experience with innermastery was more than amazing, a wonderful and save journey with trustworthy people who really care about the human ❤️ a lot of healing more than I was expecting. I will definitely attend more retreat with innermastery, am already excited about next times.

From point of initial interest right through to post retreat support I can say with all my heart they are incredible! I have never in my life felt so supported so listened to and part of a community (that although won't have all the answers) definitely help in leading me on the path to finding them within myself. Empowering and loving on another level. I'm so grateful.
