If you’re looking for the best English yoga classes on the Costa Blanca South, this is an absolute hidden gem! Perfectly located near Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura, and Rojales, these classes are ideal for both locals and visitors.
The sessions are held in English, which makes it super easy to follow—especially if you're new to yoga or just visiting the area. The teaching style is calm, professional, and very welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, the classes are well-structured and adapted to all levels. I especially loved the balance between gentle stretching, strength, and mindful breathing—it left me feeling completely refreshed and recharged.

Een geweldige ervaring 🤩
Ik had mijn allereerste kennismaking met yoga bij Olga.
Bij binnenkomst in de prachtige tuin van de finca leek het wel het paradijs. Ik werd goed begeleid met geduld om de oefeningen zo goed mogelijk te doen.
Het was heel bijzonder, en ben overtuigd dat ik verder wil gaan met yoga.

Ich wünschte ich hätte diese Yoga Kurse auch in Deustchland
Ich bin jedes Jahr für drei Monate in der Gegend um Guardamar del Segura – und dieses Mal habe ich Lola Yoga entdeckt. Was für ein Geschenk!
Besonders die Yoga-Sessions auf Lolas wunderschöner Finca in Rafal sind ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Ruhe, die Natur, die persönliche Atmosphäre – und natürlich Lolas einfühlsame Art – haben mir unglaublich viel Kraft, Gelassenheit und innere Balance geschenkt.
Ob Hatha oder Vinyasa, ob am Strand bei Sonnenaufgang oder ganz privat unter Palmen – jede Stunde ist mit so viel Liebe und Achtsamkeit gestaltet. Man merkt sofort: Lola lebt, was sie unterrichtet.
Ich freue mich jetzt schon riesig auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt Ende Dezember. Ganz ehrlich: das beste Yoga an der Costa Blanca Süd! Danke Lola – mach bitte genau so weiter
