Great support in helping select the correct plan for my parents. Kaezer was especially patient and helpful. I hope this sort of support exists if I ever need to file a claim.

CHLARISSE from INF sales department is very knowledgeable and has done a fantastic job of answering all the questions we had. We got lot of clarity after speaking to her and are going to buy right insurance for our needs from INF.

Only chatted with CHLARISSE not used or claimed

I only chatted with CHLARISSE and she answered all my questions for about an hour. I am happy with the customer service compared to other insurance providers. However, The comprehensive plans are very expensive and the fixed ones have lot of conditions that are not covered, for example, UTI or other bacterial infections etc are not covered and comes are pre-ex etc. So when you purchase, you need to read the fine print.

My parent visited me for the first time in the USA

My parent visited me in the USA for the first in Xmas, we had INF Elite 80% plan with united health care network, and my dad has high blood pressure, we like the Robin Assist helped us to make the appointment which made the trip much easier, we used the urgent care, and he got the prescription to stabilize his blood pressure. I am glad we bought the INF plans insurance for them, so we don't need to worry about how to visit doctor.

Beware of their early cancellation policy and reimbursements

I got an insurance for 5 months for my parents and they had to leave for health reasons after 3 months. I asked for a refund for the last two months and the company refused to refund the part that was not used. Do not buy long term insurance if the travel plans may change as they are getting free money for no service.

They had an urgent care visit in early February and I had to pay about $280 out of pocket and the provider refused to honor their insurance right away due to it being a travel insurance, even though they claim to be with United Healthcare and said I would be reimbursed after submission. I had United Healthcare before through my employer and never ran into such an issue. I received an email after one and a half month through a third party contractor they seem to have that they are processing that claim only for one of my parents and the other one is still not started.

On the bright side, their agents did take the time to answer my questions before I was making a purchase. The issues seem to happen after the purchase.

Kath explained the insurance policy…

Kath explained the insurance policy really well and helped with my nuanced doubts.
I had asked Kath about a specific hospital and if they support cashless for emergency and urgent care.
Kath went through it and got back to me in no time.
