Ellie was excellent

Ellie was excellent. When one is dealing with the much complexity of healthcare, it isn't easy to know where to start. She helped me easily find providers in my area and also explain the difference between the different plans I was doing. She was timely, she communicated in an easily understandable way, and helped answer all my questions!!!
